Overview
This guide provides an overview of configuring the management feature in TechnoMile’s Contracts Suite. This feature enables organizations to efficiently track, review, and address adverse actions received from clients.
The process involves:
Receiving the client’s notice.
Conducting an internal review and developing a response.
Sending a plan of action to the client for approval.
Implementing the approved plan to address the issue.

Prerequisites
Ensure that TechnoMile's Contracts Suite is installed and configured. The version of this package must be 2025.1 or higher.
Assigning Permission Sets
This section outlines the procedure to assign the Adverse Action Full Access Permission Set to users. Follow the same steps to assign the Adverse Action Read Only permission set to relevant users.
To assign a permission set to users:
In your Salesforce organization, click the gear icon
and select Setup.Use the Quick Find box to search and open Permission Sets.
Locate and open Adverse Action Full Access.

On the Adverse Action Full Access page, go to Manage Assignments > Add Assignment.
Use the Select a List View dropdown menu to filter Active Users.
Select the required users and click Next.
Optionally, Specify the expiration date for the assigned users.
NOTE
By default, users are not assigned an expiration date.

Click Assign.
A confirmation message appears.Click Done.
Adding an Adverse Action Button
To add an adverse action button to a contract Page Layout:
In your Salesforce organization, open the App Launcher
.Use the search field to find and open Our Contracts.
Select a contract record to which you want to add an adverse action button.
Click the gear icon
and select Edit Page.
The app builder page appears.In the app builder, select the highlights panel and then click Add Action.

In the POP up window that appears, select New Adverse Action and click Done.

Click Save.
A New Adverse Action button is created.
Configuring SharePoint
To configure SharePoint for Adverse Actions:
Ensure that TechnoMile's Salesforce SharePoint Sync package is installed. The version of this package must be 2024.3 or higher.
Ensure you have completed the Azure AD App set up and configured SharePoint Admin Panel. For step by step information, refer to SharePoint Connector Configuration Guide.
Ensure you create a connected object setting for the Adverse Action object. For detailed steps, see the Connected Object Setting section in the SharePoint Connector Configuration Guide.
Updating the Root Folder Formula
To add the Adverse Action root folder formula:
In your Salesforce organization, click the gear icon
and select Setup.Navigate to Object Manager and select Adverse Action.
The following screen appears.
Click Fields and Relationships.
Use the quick find box to find and open Sharepoint Destination Folder.
Click Edit.
Under the Formula Options, select Advanced Formula.
Use the Insert Field and Insert Operator button to add a formula as shown below.

Click Save.
To check if the root folder formula has been updated in the SharePoint Admin Panel:
In your Salesforce organization, open the App Launcher
.Use the search field to find and open SharePoint Admin Panel.
Scroll down to Connected Object Settings.
Click the refresh icon, the root folder details appear for the Adverse Action Settings object.

Adding a SharePoint Tab
To add a SharePoint tab in the Adverse Action record page:
In your Salesforce organization, open the App Launcher
.Use the search field to find and open Adverse Actions.
Open an Adverse Action record page.
Click the gear icon
and select Edit Page.
The app builder page appears.In the app builder, select the tab area and then click Add Tab.

Select the Table Label as Custom.
Enter SharePoint as the Custom Label.
Set the Table Label to Custom.
Enter SharePoint as the Custom Label and click Done.

Click Save.
The SharePoint tab appears on the record page.
Click the SharePoint tab to access the SharePoint URL.
