Code Mapping (Existing Users) Configuration Guide

Overview

Transform Copilot's Code Mapping feature automatically checks the system whenever a new TC Code comes into your CRM, to see if that Code exists as a Site. If it does, then the Site and Account are associated with a Contract.

This document is a step-by-step guide on how you can configure the Code Mapping feature for use in your organization.
