For Our Contracts Object
Edit Contract Vehicle Page Layout Assignments
Step 1: Go to Object Manager, enter text contract vehicle in the search bar, and click Contract Vehicle.
Step 2: Contract Vehicle Object Manager opens, go to Page Layouts and click Page Layout Assignment.
Step 3: Click Edit Assignment.
Step 4: Press the Ctrl key to multi-select all Record Types by selecting their respective column headers.
Step 5: Select Page Layout To Use as All Fields and click Save.
All Fields Page Layout is assigned to all Record Types and Profiles of the Contract Vehicle object.
Override Buttons to access Contract Vehicle Lightning Page
Step 6: In Contract Vehicle Object Manager, go to Buttons, Links, and Actions and scroll down to select Edit against Edit.
Step 7: Choose Standard page against Salesforce Classic Override.
Step 7.1: Choose Lightning component against Lightning Experience Override and select TM_TOMA:TM_contrctEditDynamicCompo_LDS in its drop-down field.
Step 7.2: Choose Use the package default override against Mobile Override.
Step 7.3: Click Save.
Step 8: Similarly, perform all actions as listed under step 7 above and change the page for the New button with Lightning component as TM_TOMA:TM_ContrctNewDynamicCompo_LDS.
Pages will be overridden to Lightning Page for both the New and Edit buttons of the Contract Vehicle object.
Add Clone Button onto Contract Vehicle Record Page
Step 9: In Contract Vehicle Object Manager, go to Page Layouts and click to open All Fields.
Step 10: Go to Buttons and drag & drop the Clone button with Name: TM_TOMA__Clone_LDS into the Custom Buttons sub-section of the Contract Vehicle Detail section.
Clone button is added.
Step 11: Click Save.
Step 12: Open App Launcher.
Step 13: Enter text contract vehicles in the search bar and click Contract Vehicles in search results.
Step 14: Contract Vehicles page opens, click to open a Contract Vehicle record.
Window opens that displays Contract Vehicle record page, along with the Clone button on it.
For Subcontract Object
Edit Subcontract Page Layout Assignments
Step 1: Go to Object Manager, enter text subcontract in the search bar, and click Subcontract.
Step 2: In Subcontract Object Manager, go to Page Layouts and click Page Layout Assignment.
Perform steps 3 - 5 as shown above for the Contract Vehicle object.
All Fields Page Layout is assigned to all Record Types and Profiles of the Subcontract object.
Override Buttons to access Subcontract Lightning Page
Step 3: In Subcontract Object Manager, go to Buttons, Links, and Actions and scroll down to select Edit against Edit.
Step 4: Choose Standard page against Salesforce Classic Override.
Step 4.1: Choose Lightning component against Lightning Experience Override and select TM_TOMA:TM_SubContractEditCompo_LDS in its drop-down field.
Step 4.2: Choose Use the package default override against Mobile Override.
Step 4.3: Click Save.
Step 5: Similarly, perform all actions as listed under step 4 above and change the page for the New button with Lightning component as TM_TOMA:TM_SubContractNewDynamicCompo_LDS.
Pages will be overridden to Lightning Page for both the New and Edit buttons of the Subcontract object.
Add Clone Button onto Subcontract Record Page
Step 6: Similarly, you can add the Clone button onto the Subcontract record page by performing steps 9 - 14, as shown above.
For Existing Users
For Contract Vehicle Object
Create Standard Page Layout for Contract Vehicle
You need to create a Standard Page Layout with all your fields on it and assign it to all your Record Types and User Profiles. Note that in case you have multiple Page Layouts, then you need to have one Standard Page Layout for each.
For information on how to create a Standard Page Layout, refer to Create Page Layouts article.
Override Buttons to access Contract Vehicle Lightning Page
Perform the same steps as shown in the Override Buttons section above.
Edit Contract Vehicle Lightning Page
Note that you will need to perform these steps only if you have been using a Custom Lightning Page as your Org Default.
In case you are using a Managed Package Lightning Page as your Org Default, then you do NOT need to perform the following steps.
Step 1: Open App Launcher.
Step 2: Enter text contract vehicles in the search bar and click Contract Vehicles in search results.
Step 3: In Contract Vehicles page, click to open a Contract Vehicle record.
Step 4: Click the gear icon and select Edit Page.
Step 5: Lightning App Builder opens, click the cross icons to delete the current At a Glance section and Details tab components.
Step 6: Drag & drop TM_NewContractAtglaneComponent into the At a Glance section.
Step 7: Drag & drop TM_ContrctDetailDynamicCompo_LDS onto the Details tab and click Save.
Details tab and At a Glance section components are changed to Lightning Page components for the Contract Vehicle object.
For Subcontract Object
Create Standard Page Layout for Subcontract
You need to create a Standard Page Layout with all your fields on it and assign it to all your Record Types and User Profiles. Note that in case you have multiple Page Layouts, then you need to have one Standard Page Layout for each.

Override Buttons to access Subcontract Lightning Page
Perform the same steps as shown in the Override Buttons section above.

Note that you will need to perform these steps only if you have been using a Custom Lightning Page as your Org Default.
