Overview
Transform Copilot's Code Mapping feature automatically checks the system whenever a new TC Code comes into your CRM, to see if that Code exists as a Site. If it does, then the Site and Account are associated with a Contract.
This document is a step-by-step guide on how you can configure the Code Mapping feature for use in your organization.

Prerequisites
Ensure that Contracts Suite - Sales Cloud Edition is already installed and configured. The version of this package must be 2025.2 or higher.
Create Permission Set
Click the gear icon and select Setup.

Go to Permission Sets using Setup search and click New.

Enter a Label and API Name and click Save.

Go to Accounts Object Permissions and click Edit.

Select the Read checkbox and click Save.

Assign Permission Set
Go to Users using Setup search and click your User that you want to assign the newly created Permission Set to.

Go to Permission Set Assignments and click Edit Assignments.

Select and move TM Integration User Account Permissions from Available Permission Sets to Enabled Permission Sets using the Add arrow button and click Save.

Edit Our Contract Record Page
Go to Our Contracts using App Launcher.

Open an Our Contract record.

Click the gear icon and select Edit Page.
Lightning App Builder opens.Drag-and-drop the TM_TCC_TC_CodeMappingCMP component onto the Our Contract record page.

Click Save.
A popup window opens.Click Activate.

Click Assign as Org Default.

Choose Desktop and click Next.

Click Save.

Click the Back arrow icon.
Our Contract record page opens with the recently added component on it.
