Ingest Mods Configuration Guide

Overview

TechnoMile’s Transform Copilot enables you to upload digitized forms such as SF-30 in PDF format to auto-create Mods.

This document is a step-by-step guide on how you can configure the Transform Copilot feature for ingestion of Mods in your organization.

Prerequisites

• Ensure that Contracts Suite - Sales Cloud Edition is already installed and configured. The version of this package must be 2025.1 or higher.

Editing Our Contract Record Page

IMPORTANT

You will not be required to perform the steps listed in this section, if you are already using the out-of-the-box Lightning record page for the Our Contract object.

1. Go to Our Contracts using App Launcher.

2. Open an Our Contract record.

3. Click the gear icon and then click Edit Page.
   The Lightning App Builder opens.

4. Drag-and-drop the TM_TCC_ModSummaryContractCmp component onto the page.
   

5. Select the Overlay checkbox.
   

6. Go to the Highlights Panel and click Add Action.
   

7. Select Actions as Ingest Mod (SF-30 TC) and click Add Filter.
   

8. Select Field as Contract Status, Operator as Equal, and Value as Execute and click Done.
   The Filter is added.

9. Click Add Filter again.

10. Similarly, add the following Filters:

    1. Select Field as Contract Status, Operator as Equal, and Value as Administer.

    2. Select Field as Modification Count, Operator as Equal, and Value as 0.

11. Choose Show component when as The filter logic is met.

12. Enter Filter Logic as (1 OR 2) AND 3.

13. Click Done.

14. Click Save.
    A popup window opens.

15. Click Activate.
    

16. Click Assign as Org Default.
    

17. Choose Desktop and click Next.
    

18. Click Save.
    FedCLM Contract Vehicle Detail page is assigned as Org Default.

19. Click the back arrow icon.
    Our Contract record page opens with the recently added Overlay component and Action on it.

Editing Modification Record Page

IMPORTANT

You will not be required to perform the steps listed in this section, if you are already using the out-of-the-box Lightning record page for the Modification object.

1. On an Our Contract record page, go to the MOD tab and open a Modification record.
   Modification record page opens.

2. Click the gear icon and then click Edit Page.
   The Lightning App Builder opens.

3. Go to the Activity tab and click Add Tab.
   

4. Click Details and select Tab Label as Custom.

5. Enter Custom Label as Mod Summary and click Add Filter.
   

6. Select Field as Transform Copilot Mod?, Operator as Equal, and Value as True and click Done.
   The Filter is added.

7. Select Default Tab as Mod Summary.

8. Go to the Mod Summary tab and drag-and-drop the TM_TCC_ModSummaryCmp component onto this tab.

9. Click Save.
   A popup window opens.

10. Click Activate.
    

11. Click Assign as Org Default.
    

12. Choose Desktop and click Next.
    

13. Click Save.
    Modification Record Page is assigned as Org Default.

14. Click the back arrow icon.
    Modification Record Page opens with the Mod Summary tab on it.
