Overview

Transform Copilot's Update Contract feature enables you to upload digitized forms such as SF-30, SF-33, etc. in PDF format, so as to update an existing Contract record for related POPs, CLIN/SLINs, and Clauses using a wizard.

This document is a step-by-step guide on how you can add the Update Contract (TC) button to the Our Contract record page for use in your organization.

Prerequisites

  • Ensure that Contracts Suite - Sales Cloud Edition is already installed and configured. The version of this package must be 2025.2 or higher.

Editing Our Contract Record Page

IMPORTANT

You will not be required to perform the steps listed in this section, if you are already using the out-of-the-box Lightning record page for the Our Contract object.

  1. Go to Our Contracts using App Launcher.

  2. Open an Our Contract record.

  3. Click the gear icon and select Edit Page.
    The Lightning App Builder opens.

  4. Go to the Highlights Panel and click the cross icon against the Update Contract action.

  5. Scroll down and click Add Action.

  6. Select Actions as Update Contract (TC) and click Add Filter.

  7. Select Field as Contract Status, Operator as Equal, and Value as Draft and click Done.

  8. Similarly, click Add Filter again, and select Field as Contract Status, Operator as Equal, and Value as Negotiate, and click Done.
    The Filters are added.

  9. Choose Show component when as Any filters are true and click Done.

  10. Click Save.
    A popup window opens.

  11. Click Activate.

  12. Click Assign as Org Default.

  13. Choose Desktop and click Next.

  14. Click Save.
    FedCLM Contract Vehicle Detail page is assigned as Org Default.

  15. Click the back arrow icon.
    Our Contract record page opens with the recently added Update Contract (TC) action on it.
