Identify Potential Opportunities from SAM.gov

Introduction

You can use the Sparks feature to conveniently import Opportunity data into the CRM without any additional configuration.

With Sparks you can perform the following actions:

• Import Solicitations from SAM.gov into Growth through , without compromising your existing Opportunity object customizations.

• Save time creating the Opportunity Record in Growth as fields are pre-populated.

• Map fields to align the SAM.gov data with the data available in the CRM.

• View updates to Spark details right from the Opportunity record.

• Hold on to potential Opportunities and promote them to actual Opportunities, if you decide to pursue them.

Prerequisites

• Ensure that Growth Module - TechnoMile Suite Sales Cloud Edition version 2024.1 or higher or TechnoMile Suite Platform Edition version 5.10 or higher, is installed and configured.

• Ensure that your Salesforce org is connected to the GovSearchAI portal.

Add Solicitations to Spark in GovSearchAI

1. Launch GovSearchAI and go to the Solicitations tab.

2. Specify the required filter criteria and click Apply.

3. Go to the Solicitation record that you want to add to Spark.

4. Click Add to Spark.
   A confirmation message displays and the Add to Spark button changes to Update Spark.
   

View the Spark Record in Salesforce

1. On the Solicitations window, go to the Solicitation that you added to Spark.

2. Click View Spark.
   The Spark record created in the connected Growth instance displays in a new window.
   

Update Spark in GovSearchAI

1. In GovSearchAI, go to the Solicitation that you added to Spark.

2. Click Update Spark.

   

Updates to this Solicitation in SAM.gov are pushed to the connected Spark record in the Growth instance.
