This document lists all the objects and fields used in Growth -TechnoMile Suite Sales Cloud Edition with a brief description of each object and field.

For Object - Account
This object stores information about Customers or individuals you do business with.
Account Name
This field contains the name of a Company or Government Organization.
Account Number
Account number assigned to this Account (not the unique, system-generated ID assigned during creation).
Account Owner
This field contains the name of the Owner of an Account record. Note that this is a system field which is auto-populated.
Account Record Type
This field contains the Record Type of an Account such as Federal, Corporate, State/Local Government, etc.
Account Site
This field contains information about an Account’s location such as Headquarters or Branch.
Account Source
This field contains the source of an Account such as Web, Phone Inquiry, Partner Referral, etc.
Annual Revenue
This field contains the amount in dollars ($) of estimated Annual Revenue.
Billing Address
This field contains the billing address of an Account that includes details of Street, City, State/Province, Zip/Postal Code, and Country.
Created By
This field contains the name of the user who has created an Account record. Note that this is a system field which is read-only.
D&B Company
This field contains the associated D&B Company record that displays Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) fields for an Account. Note that this field is available only if you use Data.com Prospector or Data.com Clean.
Description
This field contains the description of an Account.
D-U-N-S Number
The Data Universal Numbering System (D-U-N-S) Number is a unique, 9 digit number assigned to every business location in the D&B database that has a unique, separate, and distinct operation. D-U-N-S Numbers are used by industries and organizations around the world as a global standard for business identification and tracking.
Note that this field is available only if you use Data.com Prospector or Data.com Clean.
Employees
This field contains the estimated total number of employees associated with a Company.
Fax
This field contains the fax number of a Company.
Industry
This field contains the industry type of an Account such as Agriculture, Banking, Chemicals, etc.
Last Modified By
This field contains the name of the user who last modified an Account record. Note that this is a system field which is read-only.
NAICS Code
The North American Industry Classification System is the standard used by Federal Statistical agencies to classify business establishments for the purpose of collecting and analyzing statistical data related to the .U.S. business economy.
This field contains the 6 digit NAICS code associated with an Account. Note that this field is available only if you use Data.com Prospector or Data.com Clean.
NAICS Description
This field contains the description of a NAICS code. Note that this field is available only if you use Data.com Prospector or Data.com Clean.
Ownership
This field contains the ownership type of an Account such as Public, Private, Subsidiary, etc.
Parent Account
This field contains the name of a Parent Company for an Account that is a subsidiary of a larger Company or organization. Note that a Parent Account must be an existing Account in Salesforce.
Phone
This field contains the phone number of a Company.
Rating
This field contains the rating for an Account such as Warm, Hot, and Cold.
Shipping Address
This field contains the shipping address of an Account that includes details of Street, City, State/Province, Zip/Postal Code, and Country.
SIC Code
The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is a system for classifying industries. Established in the .U.S. in 1937, it is used by government agencies to classify industry areas.
This field contains the 4 digit SIC code associated with an Account.
SIC Description
This field contains the description of an organization’s line of business based on its SIC code.
Ticker Symbol
This field contains the abbreviation used to identify publicly traded shares of a particular stock of a Company. It is also known as the Stock Symbol.
Trade Style
This field contains a name, different from its legal name that a Company may use for conducting business such as Doing Business As or DBA. Note that this field is available only if you use Data.com Prospector or Data.com Clean.
Type
This field contains the type of an Account such as Prospect, Customer - Direct, Customer - Channel, etc.
Website
This field contains the URL of the website of a Company.
Year Started
This field contains the year a Company was established or when current ownership or management assumed control of a Company. If a Company establishment or ownership year is unavailable, then the year the D&B record was created is used.
Note that this field is available only if you use Data.com Prospector or Data.com Clean.
Active
This field contains Yes or No depending on whether an Account is considered active or archived.
Branch
This field contains the branch of an Account such as Executive, Judicial, and Legislative.
Child Organization Won Opportunities
This field contains the amount in dollars ($) of all Closed Won Opportunities owned by any Child Accounts of this Account.
Customer Priority
This field contains the priority of a customer, such as High, Medium, or Low.
This field contains the Email which is the primary or generic email address for this Account.
Number of Locations
This field contains the number of locations or offices an Account is associated with.
Organization Won Opportunities
This field contains the amount in dollars ($) of all Closed Won Opportunities owned solely by this Account.
Sub-Branch
This field contains the sub-branch of an Account such as Independent, Chartered Organization, Government Enterprises, etc.
Total Amount
This field contains the total amount in dollars ($) this Account is estimated to be worth.
Won Opportunities Total Value
This field contains the total amount in dollars ($) of all Closed Won Opportunities owned by any Child Accounts of this Account and of those Opportunities owned solely by this Account.
For Object - Competitor
This object stores all the information of a Competitor associated with both an Account and an Opportunity.
Competitor Record Number
This field contains an auto-generated ID that is used to locate a Competitor record in Salesforce. Note that this is a system field which is read-only.
Created By
This field contains the name of the user who has created a Competitor record. Note that this is a system field which is read-only.
Last Modified By
This field contains the name of the user who last modified a Competitor record. Note that this is a system field which is read-only.
Competitor
This field contains the name of an associated Account.
Incumbent
This field is a checkbox indicating whether this Account is the incumbent on an Opportunity.
Opportunity
This field contains the name of an associated Opportunity.
Strengths
This field contains information about the strengths of a Competitor Account.
Weaknesses
This field contains information about the weaknesses of a Competitor Account.
For Object - Contact
This object stores information about the people you do business with. Contacts are usually associated with an Account, but can also be associated with other records such as Opportunities.
Account Name
This field contains the name of an associated Account.
Assistant
This field contains the name of a Contact’s Assistant.
Asst. Phone
This field contains the phone number of a Contact’s Assistant.
Birthdate
This field contains the birthday date of a Contact in ‘MM/DD/YYYY’ format.
Contact Owner
This field contains the name of the Owner of a Contact record. Note that this is a system field which is read-only.
Created By
This field contains the name of the user who has created a Contact record. Note that this is a system field which is read-only.
Department
This field contains the business or organizational unit of a Contact.
Description
This field contains the description of a Contact.
Do Not Call
This field is a checkbox indicating whether a Contact wants to receive phone calls.
This field contains the Email address of a Contact.
Email Opt Out
This field is a checkbox indicating whether a Contact wants to receive emails.
Fax
This field contains the fax number of a Contact.
Fax Opt Out
This field is a checkbox indicating whether a Contact wants to receive fax.
First Name
This field contains the first name of a Contact.
Home Phone
This field contains the home phone number of a Contact.
Last Modified By
This field contains the name of the user who last modified a Contact record. Note that this is a system field which is read-only.
Last Name
This field contains the last name of a Contact.
Lead Source
This field contains the lead source of a Contact such as Web, Phone Inquiry, Partner Referral, etc.
Mailing Address
This field contains the mailing address of a Contact that includes details of Street, City, State/Province, Zip/Postal Code, and Country.
Mobile
This field contains the mobile number of a Contact.
Name
This field contains the full name of a Contact.
Other Address
This field contains another address of a Contact that includes details of Street, City, State/Province, Zip/Postal Code, and Country.
Other Phone
This field contains an alternate phone number of a Contact.
Phone
This field contains the primary phone number of a Contact.
Reports To
This field contains the name of a Contact’s Manager.
Salutation
This field contains the title for addressing a Contact such as Mr., Ms., Dr., etc.
Title
This field contains the Contact’s position within an organization.
For Object - Employee
This object stores information of all the Employees in your organization.
Created By
This field contains the name of the user who has created an Employee record. Note that this is a system field which is read-only.
Employee Name
This field contains the full name of an Employee.
Last Modified By
This field contains the name of the user who last modified an Employee record. Note that this is a system field which is read-only.
Owner
This field contains the name of the Owner of an Employee record. Note that this is a system field which is auto-populated.
Default Labor Category
This field contains the default Labor Category of an Employee. This Labor Category will be assigned if an Employee is assigned to an Opportunity in its Resource Budget tab, without any other Labor Category.
This field contains the Email address of an Employee.
Hourly Cost
This field contains the hourly cost amount in dollars ($) of an Employee.
Type
This field contains the type of an Employee such as Internal, Contractor, etc.
Working Hour
This field contains the total number of working hours that an Employee is available for in a week.
For Object - Expense Budget
This object stores the data of all the Expenses associated with an Opportunity in its Resource Budget tab.
Created By
This field contains the name of the user who has created an Expense associated with an Opportunity in Salesforce. Note that this is a system field which is read-only.
Expense Number
This field contains an auto-generated ID that is used to locate an Expense associated with an Opportunity in Salesforce. Note that this is a system field which is read-only.
Last Modified By
This field contains the name of the user who last modified an Expense associated with an Opportunity in Salesforce. Note that this is a system field which is read-only.
Cost
This field contains the cost amount in dollars ($) of an Expense associated with an Opportunity.
Expense Type
This field contains the type of an Expense such as Facilities, Travel, Overhead, etc. associated with an Opportunity.
Opportunity
This field contains the name of an associated Opportunity.
For Object - Labor Category
This object stores the data of all the Labor Categories in your organization.
Created By
This field contains the name of the user who has created a Labor Category record. Note that this is a system field which is read-only.
Labor Category Name
This field contains the name of a Labor Category.
Last Modified By
This field contains the name of the user who last modified a Labor Category record. Note that this is a system field which is read-only.
Owner
This field contains the name of the Owner of a Labor Category record. Note that this is a system field which is auto-populated.
Cost/Hour
This field contains the cost per hour in dollars ($) of a Labor Category.
Description
This field contains the description of a Labor Category.
Type
This field contains the type of a Labor Category such as Capture, Proposal, Support, etc.
For Object - Opportunity
This object stores a wide variety of information to help you keep track of all your pending and potential sales deals.
Account Name
This field contains the name of an associated Account.
Amount
This field contains the amount in dollars ($) that is the Total Contract Value of an Opportunity.
Close Date
This field contains the date when you plan to close an Opportunity in ‘MM/DD/YYYY’ format.
Contract
This field contains an associated Contract.
Created By
This field contains the name of the user who has created an Opportunity record. Note that this is a system field which is read-only.
Description
This field contains the description of an Opportunity.
Expected Revenue
This field contains the estimated amount in dollars ($) that is expected to be earned as revenue from an Opportunity.
Forecast Category
This field contains the forecast category of an Opportunity such as Pipeline, Commit, Omitted, etc.
Last Modified By
This field contains the name of the user who last modified an Opportunity record. Note that this is a system field which is read-only.
Lead Source
This field contains the lead source of an Opportunity such as Web, Phone Inquiry, Partner Referral, etc.
Next Step
This field contains information on the next task for closing an Opportunity.
Opportunity Name
This field contains the name of an Opportunity.
Opportunity Owner
This field contains the name of the Owner of an Opportunity record. Note that this is a system field which is auto-populated.
Opportunity Record Type
This field contains the Record Type of an Opportunity such as RFP, Commercial, Task Order, etc.
Price Book
This field contains the name of an associated Price Book.
Primary Campaign Source
This field contains the name of an associated Campaign responsible for generating an Opportunity.
Private
This field is a checkbox indicating whether an Opportunity is Private. Note that only an Opportunity record owner, users above that role in a hierarchy, and Administrators can view, edit, and report on Private Opportunities.
Probability (%)
This field contains the likelihood that an Opportunity will be converted into a Win and is displayed in percentage (%).
Quantity
This field contains the number of items included in this Opportunity and is used in quantity-based forecasting.
Stage
This field contains the stage of an Opportunity such as Gate 1 - Interest, Gate 2 - Pursuit, Closed Won, etc.
Type
This field contains the type of an Opportunity such as New Customer, Existing Customer - Upgrade, Existing Customer - Downgrade, etc.
Account Plan
This field contains the status of an Account Plan such as Not Started, In Progress, Completed, etc.
Action Plan Details
This field contains the details of an Action Plan for Capture Tasks.
Action Plans Complete
This field is a checkbox indicating whether an Action Plan has been completed.
Approved (Hidden)
This field is a checkbox indicating whether an Opportunity has been locked for approval.
Availability of Key Personnel
This field contains the availability of key personnel for an Opportunity based on a scale of 1-5, 5 being high availability and 1 being low availability.
Award Date (INPUT Estimate)
This field contains the GovWin IQ estimated Award Date of an Opportunity in ‘MM/DD/YYYY’ format.
Awarded Value
This field contains the amount in dollars ($) that has been awarded for a Won Opportunity.
B&P Cost Actual
This field contains the actual cost amount in dollars ($) that was spent on B&P (Bid & Proposal) for an Opportunity.
B&P Cost Estimate
This field contains the estimated cost amount in dollars ($) that was to be spent on B&P for an Opportunity.
Budget Approved
This field is a checkbox indicating whether the Budget for an Opportunity has been approved.
Budget Complete
This field is a checkbox indicating whether the Budget for an Opportunity has been completed.
Business Case Review
This field contains the status of Business Case Review such as Not Started, In Progress, Completed, etc.
Call Plan
This field contains the status of a Call Plan such as Not Started, In Progress, Completed, etc.
Capture Plan
This field contains the status of a Capture Plan such as Not Started, In Progress, Completed, etc.
Capture Status
This field determines the color of the icon on the Capture tab that can be red, yellow, or green.
Closed Reason
This field contains the reason an Opportunity was closed such as Cancelled by Client, Lack of Resources, On Hold by Us, etc.
Competition Type
This field contains the Competition Type for an Opportunity such as GSA Schedule, Women Owned SB, Veteran Owned SB, etc.
Competitive Analysis
This field contains the status of Competitive Analysis such as Not Started, In Progress, Completed, etc.
Competitive Discriminators
This field contains information on unique factors that discriminate/differentiate your Company from its Competitors.
Contract Information Complete
This field is a checkbox indicating whether gathering of Contract Information has been completed.
Contracting Point of Contact
This field contains the name of an associated Contact who is the Contracting Point of Contact on an Opportunity’s past performance.
Contract Number
This field contains the Contract Number for a Past Performance record.
Contract Type(s)
This field contains the type of a Contract such as Time & Materials, Cost Plus, TBD, etc.
Contract Vehicle
This field contains the name of a Contract Vehicle such as ALLIANT - ALLIANT FULL AND OPEN, EAGLE II - SMALL BUSINESS, EAGLE II - UNRESTRICTED, etc.
Contract Vehicle Number
This field contains the number of an associated Contract.
Current Status of Contract
This field contains the current status of a past performance contract such as Work continuing, on schedule, Work continuing, behind schedule, Terminated for convenience, etc.
Customer Budget
This field contains the Budget amount in dollars ($) of a Customer.
Customer Funding Review
This field contains the status of Customer Funding Review such as Not Started, In Progress, Completed, etc.
Customer Issue Complete
This field is a checkbox indicating whether the Customer Issue documentation has been completed.
Customer Issues
This field contains information about all Customer Issues.
Customer Profile
This field contains the description of a Customer Profile.
Customer Profile Complete
This field is a checkbox indicating whether the Customer Profile documentation has been completed.
Date of Contract
This field contains the Past Performance date of a Contract in ‘MM/DD/YYYY’ format.
Date of Order
This field contains the date of an Order in ‘MM/DD/YYYY’ format.
Date work was begun
This field contains the date work began for the past performance in ‘MM/DD/YYYY’ format.
Date work was completed
This field contains the date work was completed for the past performance in ‘MM/DD/YYYY’ format.
Deal Summary
This field contains the status of Deal Summary such as Not Started, In Progress, Completed, etc.
Delivery/Installation Status
This field contains details of the Delivery or Installation Status such as Yet to begin, In Progress, Completed, etc.
Delivery or Performance Schedule
This field contains details of Delivery or Performance Schedule.
Description
This field contains the description of an Opportunity.
Draft Executive Summary
This field contains the status of Draft Executive Summary such as Not Started, In Progress, Completed, etc.
Draft Executive Summary Complete
This field is a checkbox indicating whether Draft Executive Summary has been completed.
Draft Executive Summary Details
This field contains details of a Draft Executive Summary.
Draft RFP Release Date
This field contains the Release Date of a Draft RFP in ‘MM/DD/YYYY’ format.
Duration
This field contains the duration of an Opportunity such as 3 Months, 1 Year, 1 year + 5 Option Years, etc.
Estimated Cost
This field contains the estimated cost amount in dollars ($) of delivering this requirement to the Customer.
Estimated End Date
This field contains the Estimated End Date of an Opportunity in ‘MM/DD/YYYY’ format that is calculated on the basis of Start Date and Period of Performance field values.
Estimated Hours
This field contains the estimated effort in hours this Opportunity requires to pursue.
Evaluate Discriminators
This field contains the status of the evaluation on discriminators between Competitors such as Not Started, In Progress, Completed, etc.
Executive Summary Mockup Complete
This field is a checkbox indicating whether Executive Summary Mockup has been completed.
External Analysis Complete
This field is a checkbox indicating whether External Analysis has been completed.
External Analysis Description
This field contains the description of an External Analysis of an Opportunity.
FBO Solicitation Number
This field contains the government provided unique identifier .i.e. Solicitation Number of an Opportunity on FBO.
Final Amount Invoiced
This field contains the final amount in dollars ($) that was invoiced/billed for a Past Performance.
Funding/Contract Value
This field contains the details of Funding which this customer has available for an Opportunity.
GAP Analysis
This field contains the status of GAP Analysis such as Not Started, In Progress, Completed, etc.
GovWin IQ Opportunity ID
This field contains the unique identifier .i.e. ID of an Opportunity on GovWinIQ.
GovWin IQ Opportunity URL
This field contains the URL of an Opportunity on GovWinIQ.
GovWin Last Modified Date
This field contains the date an Opportunity was last updated with new information from GovWin IQ in ‘MM/DD/YYYY’ format.
GovWin Update Date
This field contains the date an Opportunity was last updated in ‘MM/DD/YYYY’ format on the GovWinIQ site.
Hours Budgeted
This field contains the effort in hours that is budgeted for an Opportunity.
Influenced Customer Requirements
This field contains the status of influencing Customer Requirements such as Not Started, In Progress, Completed, etc.
Initial Competitive Pricing Complete
This field is a checkbox indicating whether Initial Competitive Pricing has been completed.
Initial Contract Price
This field contains the initial price amount in dollars ($) of a Past Performance.
Internal Analysis Complete
This field is a checkbox indicating whether Internal Analysis has been completed.
Internal Analysis Description
This field contains the description of an Internal Analysis.
Is Clone
This field is a checkbox indicating whether an Opportunity is a clone.
Kickoff
This field contains the status of Kickoff such as Not Started, In Progress, Completed, etc.
Knowledge of Customer
This field contains the rating of our knowledge and experience with a Customer on a scale of 1-5, 5 being excellent and 1 being poor.
Lessons Learned
This field contains details of all lessons learned while pursuing an Opportunity.
Lessons Learned Review
This field contains the status of a review of all lessons learned such as Not Started, In Progress, Completed, etc.
Location of Work
This field contains the name of the location where Past Performance Work was carried out.
Main Competitor(s)
This field contains a list of the Main Competitors.
Management Solution Match to Req.
This field contains the rating of our project management solution against an Opportunity’s requirements on a scale of 1-5, 5 being an excellent match and 1 being a poor match.
Market Analysis
This field contains the status of Market Analysis such as Not Started, In Progress, Completed, etc.
Marketing Budget Actual
This field contains the actual amount in dollars ($) that was spent on marketing of an Opportunity.
Marketing Budget Estimate
This field contains the estimated amount in dollars ($) that was budgeted to be spent on marketing of an Opportunity.
Match to Strategic Focus
This field contains the rating of an Opportunity against our corporate strategic focus on a scale of 1-5, 5 being an excellent match and 1 being a poor match.
Method of Payment
This field contains the details of Method of Payment to be used for an Opportunity.
Mockups
This field contains the status of Mockups such as Not Started, In Progress, Completed, etc.
Opportunity Analysis Complete
This field is a checkbox indicating whether Opportunity Analysis has been completed.
Opportunity Analysis Description
This field contains the description of an Opportunity Analysis.
Opportunity Description Complete
This field is a checkbox indicating whether the description of an Opportunity Analysis has been completed.
Opportunity Id
This field contains the unique identifier .i.e. ID of an Opportunity in Salesforce.
Other Program Information
This field contains additional information/details on the Program.
Our Role
This field indicates your Role on an Opportunity such as Prime, Sub-Contractor, TBD, etc.
Our Workshare %
This field contains your Workshare on an Opportunity and is displayed in percentage (%).
Packaging Instructions
This field contains details of Packaging Instructions.
Packing and Shipping Instructions
This field contains details of Packing and Shipping Instructions.
Parent Opportunity
This field contains the name of a Parent Opportunity that this Opportunity is a re-compete of. Note that a Parent Opportunity must be an existing Opportunity in Salesforce.
Past Performance Documentation Requested
This field contains the date on which Past Performance Documentation has been requested in ‘MM/DD/YYYY’ format.
Past Performance Notes
This field contains details/notes on Past Performance.
Past Performance Organization Name
This field contains the name of the Organization for which you had completed a Past Performance.
Payment Office
This field contains the name of a Payment Office.
Period of Performance (Months)
This field contains the Period of Performance on an Opportunity in number of months.
Pink Team Chair
This field contains the name of an existing User in Salesforce who will Chair/Head the Pink Team review.
Pink Team Date
This field contains the date for Pink Team Review in ‘MM/DD/YYYY’ format.
Pink Team Report Complete
This field is a checkbox indicating whether Pink Team Report has been completed.
Pink Team Report Description
This field contains the description of a Pink Team Report.
Pink Team Review
This field contains the status of Pink Team Review such as Not Started, In Progress, Completed, etc.
Place of Delivery or Performance
This field contains the name of the Place of Delivery or Performance.
POP Yr 1 Estimated Revenue
This field contains the estimated revenue amount in dollars ($) for POP Year 1 of an Opportunity.
POP Yr 2 Estimated Revenue
This field contains the estimated revenue amount in dollars ($) for POP Year 2 of an Opportunity.
POP Yr 3 Estimated Revenue
This field contains the estimated revenue amount in dollars ($) for POP Year 3 of an Opportunity.

This field is a checkbox indicating whether the list of probable Competitors has been completed.

This field contains the description of the Program.
Program Summary
This field contains the summary of the Program.
Proposal Approved
This field is a checkbox indicating whether a Proposal has been approved.
Proposal Due Date
This field contains the Due Date of a Proposal in ‘MM/DD/YYYY’ format.
Proposal Plan
This field contains the status of a Proposal Plan such as Not Started, In Progress, Completed, etc.
Proposal Status
This field determines the color of the icon on the Proposal tab that can be red, yellow, or green.
Proposal Team Identified and Engaged
This field contains the identification and engagement status of a Proposal Team such as Not Started, In Progress, Completed, etc.
PTW/Win Strategy
This field contains the status of a PTW (Plan To Win)/Win Strategy such as Not Started, In Progress, Completed, etc.
Pursuit Budget Actual
This field contains the actual amount in dollars ($) that was spent on pursuing an Opportunity.
Pursuit Budget Estimate
This field contains the estimated amount in dollars ($) that was budgeted to be spent on pursuing an Opportunity.
Quantity
This field contains the quantity of goods requested for an Opportunity.
Questions to Customer
This field contains details on Questions to be asked to a Customer.
Questions to Customer Review
This field contains the status of the review of Questions to be asked to a Customer such as Not Started, In Progress, Completed, etc.
Rating (Hidden)
This field contains the average of all the rating fields in the Opportunity Health section.
Received TAs
This field contains the status of Received Teaming Agreements such as Not Started, In Progress, Completed, etc.
Red Team Chair
This field contains the name of an existing User in Salesforce who will Chair/Head the Red Team Review.
Red Team Date
This field contains the date for Red Team Review in ‘MM/DD/YYYY’ format.
Red Team Report Complete
This field is a checkbox indicating whether Red Team Report has been completed.
Red Team Report Description
This field contains the description of a Red Team Report.
Red Team Review
This field contains the status of Red Team Review such as Not Started, In Progress, Completed, etc.
Related Past Performance
This field contains the rating of your Past Performance with an Opportunity’s Customer on a scale of 1-5, 5 being an excellent match and 1 being a poor match.
Requirements Review Complete
This field is a checkbox indicating whether Requirements Review has been completed.
Research on Incumbent
This field contains the status of a Research on an incumbent Company of an Opportunity such as Not Started, In Progress, Completed, etc.
Research Status
