Salesforce: Provision TechnoMile User

  1. Go to Salesforce's Setup.
  2. In Quick Find, search for users and select Users.
  3. Click the New User button.

  4. Fill out the required fields.
    • User License: 
      Sales Cloud: select Salesforce
      OEM Clients: select Salesforce Platform
    • Profile: select an appropriate Profile (Growth or GRC)
    • Role: select an appropriate Role. This field is not required.
  5. Additional fields that should be filled include:
    • Select the Flow User checkbox (This is important for the Quick Create functionality of Growth)
    • Give users appropriate TM Licenses -
      • FedCapture for Growth
      • FedCLM for GRC
      • TM Analytics for Competitive Insights

  6. Click Save to create user.
  7. New user will receive an email to verify their identity.
