The 2024.3 release delivers new capabilities to help enforce the capture of key opportunity details in Growth, enhances Task Order management with auto-ingestion of task order notices from GSA Symphony, and gives clients the option to use their company’s Delegation of Authority matrix to drive approval workflows. In addition, , the market intelligence platform embedded within Growth, debuts exciting new features to help clients rapidly identify best-fit opportunities to fill their organization’s pipeline.

Feature Enhancements

  • New Opportunity Hygiene Component
This new, configurable component can be included on the opportunity Page Layout, enabling clients to prompt their users to capture critical details – e.g., partners, competitors, contact roles, PWin, etc. – on each Opportunity Record, improving the quality and accuracy of data for sales and pipeline reporting. Client admins can select any child object of an opportunity record to include on the hygiene component and designate the minimum number of associated child records that must be created by users before the item is displayed as “complete.”
  • Task Order Management: Auto-Ingestion from GSA Symphony
Now, clients can automatically ingest task order notices from GSA Symphony directly into their Growth solution, improving efficiency by eliminating the need to access the Symphony portal and enabling more rapid identification of relevant Task Orders for pursuit.
  • Approval Workflows Based on Delegation of Authority Matrix
TechnoMile now offers the option to implement a client’s Delegation of Authority (DoA) matrix to drive approval-related workflows within your Growth Suite. Approval workflows can be configured to dynamically route requests based on your company’s DoA matrix, providing flexibility without compromising on compliance. NOTE: This new feature requires a Professional Services engagement to implement.
  • GovSearchAI: Streamlined Discovery of Potential Opportunities
GovSearchAI – the market and contact intelligence platform embedded within your Growth Suite – now includes Potential Opportunities capabilities that help users rapidly find best-fit opportunities for your organization, saving them time while helping to fill your pipeline with highly relevant leads. New features include the ability to:
    • Access a new Potential Opportunities tab to immediately see an optimized list of the latest relevant recompetes and solicitations for your company based on criteria such as top NAICS, PSCs, and agency customers. Each user can then personalize their view of potential opportunities to tightly align to their role within your organization – e.g., if the user supports a specific business unit, program(s), Contract Vehicle(s), accounts, etc. and only wishes to see leads based on these criteria.
    • Rapidly and dynamically filter opportunities to help users efficiently analyze their fit for your organization.
    • Create a Spark record from a potential opportunity in one click, pushing the lead’s details and any related files to Growth for tracking and further analysis by the BD team.
    • Subscribe to in-app alerts and email notifications when GovSearchAI identifies new potential opportunities that meet the user’s defined criteria or when there are updates to a lead the user is following (e.g., new documents posted, a due date changed, etc.), making it easy to keep on top of timely, relevant new information. NOTE: The alerts and notifications feature will be available in Nov ‘24.
  • GovSearchAI: Vendor Hierarchy Improvements
With this release, TechnoMile has improved the quality of vendor hierarchies – i.e., how child companies roll up to their parent organization – within our data lake, improving the quality and accuracy of vendor data in GovSearchAI, particularly for large enterprises, and making it easier to find the company a user is seeking.
  • SharePoint Connector Improvements
This release includes two key improvements to TechnoMile’s SharePoint Connector for Salesforce:
    • Clients can now update the name of an opportunity record in Growth without disrupting the connection to the opportunity’s folders in SharePoint, providing greater flexibility.
    • TechnoMile has eliminated the need for middleware to support the connectivity between Growth and SharePoint. This removes the dependency on receiving an access token from TechnoMile’s middleware during authentication, simplifying client administration of this connector. NOTE: Your TechnoMile Customer Success Manager (CSM) will be reaching out to schedule the removal of the middleware. If your company would like to be prioritized for a nearer-term removal, please contact your CSM.
