Overview
TechnoMile's Hygiene feature empowers you to establish a minimum record threshold for related objects. By selecting a parent object, you can specify the minimum number of child records required in its associated related lists. This ensures data integrity and helps administrators maintain a consistent level of detail across your organization's records.
This document is a step-by-step guide to configure the Contracts Hygiene feature for use in Salesforce in your organization.

Prerequisites
Ensure that TechnoMile's Contracts Suite is already installed and configured. The version of this package must be 2024.3 or higher.
Assigning Permission Sets
Click the gear icon and select Setup.

Go to Permission Sets using Setup search.

Scroll down and click the Hygiene Admin Permissions Permission Set.

Click Manage Assignments.

Click Add Assignment.

Select your Admin user and click Next.

Click Assign.
The Permission Set is assigned to the selected Admin user.Click Done.

Similarly, assign the Hygiene User Permissions Permission Set to your selected user(s).

Configuring Hygiene - Admin Panel
Go to the Hygiene - Admin panel using App Launcher.
Hygiene - Admin panel opens.Click Add Object.

Select Our Contract in the Object API field. The API Name - TM_TOMA__Contract_Vehicle__c loads automatically.
Click Save.
The object is added.Open Our Contract.

Click Add Related Object.

Select the following values for the respective fields and click Save.
Object Label: Contract Clauses
API Name: TM_TOMA__Contract_Clauses__c
Lookup Fields: Our Contract
Minimum Records: Minimum number of the Contract Clauses records that you want to set as required for the Our Contract record
The related object with the Minimum Records required is added.
Editing Our Contracts Record Page
Go to an Our Contracts record page using App Launcher.
Click the gear icon and select Edit Page.
Lightning App Builder opens.Go to the Related tab. Search for the tm_HygieneComponent and drag-and-drop it under the Related tab. The component is added.
Click Save.

Click Activate.

Click Assign as Org Default.

Choose Desktop and click Next.

Click Save.

Click the left arrow icon to go back.

In the Our Contract record page, go to the Related tab. The recently added Our Contract Hygiene component is displayed.
