Opportunity Hygiene Configuration Guide

Overview

TechnoMile's Growth Hygiene feature enables you to select an object and set up its related object(s) with a minimum number of records that its Related List(s) should contain. This feature allows administrators to set a minimum threshold of child records for an object.

This document is a step-by-step guide on how you can configure the Growth Hygiene feature for use in Salesforce in your organization.

Prerequisites

• Ensure that Growth Suite - Sales Cloud or Platform Edition is already installed and configured. The version of this package must be 2025.2 or higher.

• Ensure that Growth - Sales Cloud or Platform Edition is already configured.

IMPORTANT

This document pertains to the Sales Cloud Edition of TechnoMile's Growth Suite product and hence includes steps for Opportunity as its primary object. However, you can follow the same steps for Growth Opportunity that is the primary object for the Platform Edition of TechnoMile's Growth Suite product.

Assign Permission Sets

1. Click the gear icon and select Setup.
   

2. Go to Permission Sets using Setup search.

3. Scroll down and open the Hygiene Admin Permissions Permission Set.
   

4. Click Manage Assignments.
   

5. Click Add Assignment.
   

6. Select your Admin user and click Next.
   

7. Click Assign.
   The Permission Set is assigned to the selected Admin user.

8. Click Done.
   

9. Similarly, assign the Hygiene User Permissions Permission Set to your selected user(s).
   

Configure Hygiene - Admin Panel

1. Go to the Hygiene - Admin panel using App Launcher.
   Hygiene - Admin panel opens.

2. Click Add Object.
   

3. Select Object API as Opportunity, enter API Name as Opportunity, and click Save.
   The object is added.

4. Click to open Opportunity.

5. Click Add Related Object.

6. Select Object Label as Opportunity Contact Role, enter API Name as OpportunityContactRole, and select Lookup Fields as Opportunity ID.

7. Enter the number of Minimum Records of the Opportunity Contact Role object that you wish to relate with an Opportunity Record and click Save.
   The related object with its number of Minimum Records is added.

Edit Opportunity Record Page

1. Go to an Opportunity record page using App Launcher.

2. Click the gear icon and select Edit Page.
   Lightning App Builder opens.

3. Scroll down and drag-and-drop the tm_HygieneComponent onto the page. The component is added.

4. Click Save.
   A popup window opens.

5. Click Activate.
   

6. Click Assign as Org Default.
   

7. Choose Desktop and click Next.
   

8. Click Save.
   

9. Click the left arrow icon to go back.
   Opportunity record page opens with the recently added Opportunity Hygiene component on it.
