Introduction
TechnoMile's Growth Hygiene feature guarantees that your Growth objects maintain a minimum number of related records, as defined by your organization. This ensures data integrity and prevents inconsistencies in your Growth data.

Prerequisites
Ensure that Growth Suite - Sales Cloud or Platform Edition is already installed and configured. The version of this package must be 2024.3 or higher.
IMPORTANT
The steps in the following guide are common for both the Sales and Platform Edition of TechnoMile's Growth Suite.
This guide demonstrates the Hygiene feature for the Account object. You can apply similar steps to other objects such as Opportunity, Contacts, and others.
Growth Hygiene for the Account Object
In your Growth application, go to the Accounts list page.
Click New, specify the required fields, and click Save.
The Account record is created.
The Account Hygiene section above the Activity tab indicates the required related objects for the Account record. In this case, the Account record must have Contact and Contract records linked to it and the cross mark (X) indicates that records of both the required objects are currently not linked to the Account record.
Go to the Related tab.
Click New in the Contacts section and create a Contact.

After the Contact record is created, go to the Activity tab and check the Account Hygiene status.
The check mark against Contact indicates that the Account record meets the hygiene requirements for the minimum number of related Contact records.
Notes:
The types of related objects and the minimum required threshold for each related object depend on the settings made by the administrator for your instance. For example, 4 related objects are required to maintain the hygiene of the Opportunity Record below. The minimum threshold for each object is also defined by your administrator in settings.

The Hygiene feature is available on all objects in your Salesforce application.
