The Relationship Mapper tool displays a visual representation of the important Contacts at both the Account-level and the Opportunity-level. You can easily view who has a good relationship with your company, who is a detractor, and who has influence over another contact in your client's organization.

The relationship mapper has a few items that will tell you the status of the contact. The color of the box around the color tells you the immediate status of that contact, and you can use the legend to view each color's meaning.
The circle around the contact's initials will tell you that contact's perception of your company
While the Box with a letter below the LinkedIn symbol will tell you the importance of that contact

In this example, Christopher has a strong perception of us, but we feel like we have a weak relationship with Christopher. Additionally Christopher is an important contact. With all of these factors, we have determined we need to build a better relationship with Christopher and that is why the box around him is red.
