Customizing Logos in Notifications and Approvals

Overview

You can now customize the email templates used to generate Notifications and Approvals with your company logo using Power Automate in Microsoft Dynamics.

This guide lists the steps for customizing logos in your email templates in Microsoft Dynamics.

Audience

Prerequisites

  • Ensure that TechnoMile's Contracts Suite is already installed and configured. The version of this package must be 2025.2 or higher.

Configuring Logo-related Web Resources

  1. Click the gear icon and select Advanced Settings.

  2. Go to Solutions.

  3. Open TechnoMile GRC Suite.

  4. Go to Web resources, search for logo, click the ellipsis icon next to Logo Footer, and select Edit.

  5. Click Choose file, select your logo file that must be in the .png format, and click Save.

  6. Click the ellipsis icon next to Logo Footer again and select Publish.

  7. Similarly, you can add and publish a logo in Logo Header.

Viewing Customized Email Templates and Notifications

  1. Go to Email Templates in TechnoMile Contracts.

  2. Sort Type alphabetically to view a list of all Custom Html email templates where your selected logo is inserted.

  3. Once you publish the logo-related Web resource, trigger a notification that uses a Custom Html email template to receive an email with your customized logos as shown below.
