Mila is TechnoMile's new intelligent digital assistant available across Growth and Contracts products. She provides conversational access to opportunity and contract insights, helps analyze solicitations, creates proposal artifacts and executive briefs, performs document comparisons, and accelerates decision-making — trained to interact like a seasoned BD, Capture, or Contracts Manager.

Capture Copilot is a new add-on for Growth Suite on Salesforce Sales Cloud that uses AI agents to handle the research, analysis, document creation, and CRM data capture work involved in executing a structured capture process — reducing the administrative burden on BD and capture professionals. Transform Copilot for Pre-Award uses AI to ingest solicitations and amendments, automatically extract key data (PoPs, CLINs/SLINs, clauses, labor categories, and risk factors), generate an AI summary, and populate Pre-Award Management records — eliminating manual data entry and enabling faster proposal creation and risk analysis. Mila can then be used to interact conversationally with the ingested document.

Three new agents are available for Contracts Suite on Salesforce. The CDRL-to-Deliverable Agent automates deliverable record creation from DD Form 1423 uploads. The Executive Summary Agent sends a weekly contract activity snapshot to designated executives every Monday. Yes, the new Agreement Management capability uses Mila to compare two versions of an agreement, produce a line-by-line comparison with risk analysis, redline the agreement, and automatically sync new versions to your Salesforce document storage. This requires Transform Copilot, which can be licensed alongside Agreement Management.
