Overview
Clause Library maintenance in TechnoMile's Contracts Suite provides you the ability to import Historical Clauses data for all Clause Types using Microsoft Dynamics Data Loader.
This document lists the steps to be configured so that you are able to successfully import all Historical Clauses data into your Microsoft Dynamics Clause Library.

Prerequisites
Ensure that TechnoMile's Contracts Suite is already installed and configured. The version of this package must be 2024.1 or higher.
Please contact TechnoMile Support or email support@technomile.com for the Clause Library - Archived for Import Data Flow.xlsx file.
Import Historical Clauses using Data Loader
Go to https://make.powerapps.com/.
Go to More and scroll down to click Data flows.

Click New data flow and select Start from blank.

Enter a Name and click Create.

Choose the data source as Excel work book.

Choose Upload file and click Browse.

Select the Clause Library - Archived for Import Data Flow.xlsx file and click Open.

File is uploaded successfully. It may take a few minutes to upload the file.Click Sign in.

Select or enter your existing Microsoft Username.

Click Next.

Select inactive_clauses and click Transform data.
It may take a few minutes for the data to load.
Click the table icon and select Use first row as headers.
Note that at any point, you can refer to the Applied steps section to view a summary of the steps you have performed post sign in.Click Next.

Choose Load to existing table and select Destination table as clm_clause.

Expand Column mapping, go to Mapped, and note that all your Excel columns are mapped.
Click Next.

Click Publish.

It takes a few minutes for all Historical Clauses to be imported.

Verify Imported Historical Clauses in Clause Library
Click the gear icon and select Advanced Settings.

Click the funnel icon to access Advanced Find.

Click Switch to Classic.

The Advanced Find tab opens.Select Look for: as Clause Library, then select Archived Equals Yes, and click Results.
