The Print Preview Button on an Our Contracts/Subcontract record page enables you to view and then print the contents available on its Details tab.
This document is a step-by-step guide on how you can configure the Print Preview Button in Salesforce.

Prerequisites
Ensure that TechnoMile Contracts Suite Sales Cloud Edition has already been installed and configured. The version of this package must be 7.3 or higher.
Add Print Preview Button on Our Contracts Record Page
Go to Object Manager, enter text Contract Vehicle in the search bar, and click Contract Vehicle.
Go to Page Layouts and click your Contract Vehicle’s current Page Layout NAME.
Go to Buttons, drag & drop the Print Preview button into the Custom Buttons sub-section of the Contract Vehicle Detail section, and click Save.
Open App Launcher, enter text contract vehicles in the search bar, and click Contract Vehicles in search results.
Contract Vehicles page opens, click to open a Contract Vehicle record.
Contract Vehicle record page opens, along with the Print Preview button on it.You can click the Print Preview button and then click Print on the next page to print the same.
Add Print Preview Button on Subcontract Record Page
Similarly, you can add the Print Preview button on the Subcontract record page by performing the same steps, as shown above.
