Key Components of an Opportunity Page
The Opportunity page centralizes and displays all information about an Opportunity within your TechnoMile Growth Suite. The most important sections of an Opportunity record page are the following:
Basic information: Basic information about an Opportunity including Opportunity name, type, owner, and the current stage the Opportunity is in, is displayed at the top.
BPF (Business Process Flow): The BPF section displays the various stages of the Opportunity and highlights the current Opportunity stage.
Tabs: Information about the Opportunity record is classified based on features and displays across various tabs.
Tab details: Displays information specific to the current tab.

Snapshot
The core details about an Opportunity record are available on the Snapshot tab. It includes the required fields that your company tracks for the Opportunity.
Opportunity Name: Name of the Opportunity record
Account Name: Name of the Account that is related to this Opportunity
Stage: Current Stage of the Opportunity
Total Contract Value: Estimated revenue amount to indicate the potential value of an Opportunity
Our Role: Indicates whether you are a Prime or Subcontractor for this Opportunity

Budget
Budgeting is used to estimate the time and cost required to pursue an Opportunity. Capture Managers primarily input this information, which is then accessible to Capture & Proposal, Sales & Marketing, and BD leadership teams. The Budget tab includes the estimate and actual cost information for the marketing budget, B&P, and the total budget. You can also track or update the budget completion and approval on the this tab. The BD Actual section contains details of with an external ERP.
Capture/Proposal
The Growth application equips Capture Managers and the Marketing, Proposal Management, and Pricing teams with the essential parameters to identify, configure, and pursue new business opportunities, collaborate effectively with partners, gain a competitive edge, and optimize capture management workflows. On the Capture/Proposal tab, you can specify values for fields such as Solution Review Date, Influenced Customer Requirements, and other fields before submitting and closing the proposal.

PWin/PGO
The PWin (Probability of Win) calculator helps you quantify the probability of winning an Opportunity. It includes a series of questions and answers with weighted values that generate a probability percentage, which is representative of the likelihood of success with this Opportunity. These questions and answers are typically completed at each gate as an Opportunity moves through various stages and the PWin value is calculated at every gate. This value is also used to produce a Weighted Total Contract Value for revenue forecasting purposes.
The PGo (Probability of Go) calculator helps you quantify the probability that your customer will fund the project associated with the Opportunity and issue an Award. PGo is a metric considered before moving an Opportunity to the Pursue stage.
Both PWin and PGo can be used to help guide your organization to make better decisions about which Opportunities are most worthy of your continued investment of time and money.

Submit/Close
After completion of the due processes for pursuing an Opportunity, you can either submit the proposal or close the proposal workflow on the Submit/Close tab.

Revenue Projections
The Revenue Projections feature enables you to view the amount of revenue you expect to earn from a particular Opportunity, over a specified duration based on factors such as Total Contract Value, Workshare Percentage, and calculated PWin percentage. You can view projected revenue amounts for a particular Opportunity or across all your Opportunities using Reports and Dashboards.
When forecasting the expected revenue for an Opportunity, you can also update the Revenue Projections to associate more revenue with a particular year or quarter (overriding the built-in, pre-defined formula to evenly spread the revenue across the expected period of performance), thereby bringing greater ease and accuracy to your projections.

GovWin
The GovWin IQ Connector delivers information from GovWin IQ directly to your TechnoMile Growth Suite. Link the GovWin IQ Opportunity ID to your Opportunity to gain visibility into Contracts, Competition, Contacts, Gov Entities, Milestones, Documents, and Updates from GovWin IQ. Each Opportunity remains linked, so any updates or new documents in GovWin IQ are automatically added to the Opportunity, keeping your team up to speed with the available details.

NOTE
Using the GovWin IQ Connector requires a GovWin IQ Web Services subscription. If you have questions, contact your TechnoMile Customer Success Manager (CSM).
SAM.gov
The SAM.gov Connector delivers information directly from SAM.gov to your TechnoMile Growth Suite. From within Growth, you can quickly search for a Solicitation on SAM.gov and pull all its details into the Opportunity record in one click, making the latest solicitation information and documents available right within your CRM. Opportunities remain linked to SAM.gov, automatically displaying updates and new documents, so your team can always work with the most current information.

Notes & Timeline
The Notes & Timeline tab allows you to create, maintain, and track activities, tasks, and milestones related to an Opportunity.

Scorecard
The purpose of the Scorecard feature is to help your organization drive and enforce consistent, best practices-based Opportunity management processes across your entire team. As an Opportunity moves through each sales stage, tasks that impact its winnability or health are automatically created and assigned to the Opportunity owner to help ensure that no critical action is missed.

Relationship Mapper
The Relationship Mapper is used to visually track and gain insight into the key influencers within an Agency’s power structure and decision-making processes related to an Opportunity, allowing your team to build more strategic call plans and prioritize building the right relationships.

Related
The Related tab displays the associated records that provide a complete picture on an Opportunity, including its Partners, Competitors, Contact Roles, and Opportunity Teams.
