Introduction
GovSearchAI is a solution built for government contractors to streamline federal data management, and reporting, and gain more actionable intel. GovSearchAI does this by centralizing real-time federal data directly from sources such as USA Spending and Federal Procurement Data Systems (FPDS). After installation, GovSearchAI data and functionality from these sources are available on multiple objects in your CRM org, including Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities.
GovSearchAI transforms the way capture and Proposal managers do business and simplifies Partner and competitor analysis. It enables government contractors to more efficiently access, analyze, and make decisions on federal data with enhanced automation.

GovSearchAI Users
Prerequisites
Ensure that GovSearchAI Connector and TechnoMile Growth Suite are already installed and configured. The versions of these packages must be 2026.1 or higher.
Connect Agency to GovSearchAI
Auto-matching Accounts
Log in to your Microsoft Dynamics instance.
Click TechnoMile Growth.
Go to Accounts and select New.
NOTE
Alternatively, you can navigate to an existing Account record to view the auto-matched details.
Enter the Account Name, Phone number, and Website, and then select Save.
The Account record is created.
Observations:
Based on the Account Name, the Account is auto-matched with a record from GovSearchAI using fuzzy logic.The fuzzy logic searches the records in GovSearchAI and identifies potential matches with a matching score. The record with the highest matching score is automatically matched with the created record in CRM.
The details of the matched record are retrieved from GovSearchAI and mapped to the corresponding fields in the CRM system for display.
Unmatching an Auto-matched Account
If the auto-matched Account is not the correct match for your Account in Dynamics, you can unmatch it and then match it to the Account of your choice.
Navigate to an Account record for which you want to remove the existing match.
Click Unmatch.
The account is unmatched.
Matching Account based on Score Suggestions
Navigate to an unmatched Account record.
Click click here to start the matching process.
A list of prospective matches, ordered by the matching score, displays.
Click Match for the record that you consider the best match for this Account.
The page refreshes and displays the Account record with the newly matched Account information from GovSearchAI.
Matching Account based on Search Results
Navigate to an unmatched Account record.
Click click here to start the matching process.
A list of prospective matches ordered by the matching score displays.In the search bar, enter the search text and select the search icon.
The records that match the search text are displayed.
Click Match against the record you consider is the best match for the Account.
The page is refreshed to display the Account record with newly matched Account information from GovSearchAI.
No Matches for Search
Navigate to an unmatched Account record.
Click click here to start the matching process.
A list of prospective matches ordered by the matching score displays.In the search bar, enter the search text and click the search icon.
If no records match the search text, the following page is displayed.
Portal Punch-out Buttons
Agency
Go to Accounts and open an account.
On the Agency record page, click View Agency in GovSearchAI.
The Agency Details page opens in the GovSearchAI portal.
Return to the accounts page. To open the corresponding pages in GovSearchAI, select Opportunity, Contacts, Contract Vehicles, or Awards.
For example, select Opportunities. 
The Opportunities for the account open in GovSearchAI.
Vendor
Navigate to a Vendor account record.
Click View Vendor in GovSearchAI.
The Vendor Details page opens in the GovSearchAI portal.
Return to the vendor accounts page. To open the corresponding pages in GovSearchAI, select Awards, Contract Vehicles, or Hierarchy.
For example, select Awards.
The Awards for the account open in GovSearchAI.
Connect Opportunity to GovSearchAI
Connecting Opportunity by TM Opportunities
Go to Opportunities and navigate to an Opportunity record.
Select the GSAI tab.
Select TM Opportunities.
The system displays a list of matching records.
Select the correct record and select Match to CRM.
The opportunity is matched.
To unmatch the opportunity, select Unmatch from CRM.
Connecting Opportunity by NoticesIQ
Go to Opportunities and navigate to an Opportunity Record.
Select the GSAI tab.
Select NoticesIQ.
Use the search bar and filters to find a specific opportunity record.
Sort the records as needed.
Select the correct record and select Match to CRM.
The opportunity is matched.
