Overview
TechnoMile's Capture Copilot helps Government Contractors to efficiently and consistently execute a disciplined BD and capture process for their Opportunity pipeline, improving Win Rates and ROI. Capture Copilot includes a team of AI agents who help with a wide variety of activities throughout the sales lifecycle.
This document is a step-by-step guide on how you can install the TechnoMile Growth Agents package and subsequently configure the Capture Copilot feature for use in your organization.

Prerequisites
Ensure that Growth Suite - Sales Cloud Edition is already installed and configured. The version of this package must be 25.22 or higher.
Ensure that Agentforce is enabled with Salesforce Foundations by contacting Salesforce Customer Support and ask them to enable the following:
Data Cloud
Salesforce Foundations
Salesforce Foundations - Data Cloud Segmentation & Activation
Salesforce Foundations - Entitlements - Flex Credits - LP
Contact TechnoMile Support or email support@technomile.com for the TechnoMile Growth Agents package installation link, prior to starting your installation.
Enable Einstein and Agentforce Toggles
Log in to your Salesforce account.
Click the gear icon and select Setup.
Go to Einstein Setup using Setup search.
Enable the Turn on Einstein toggle.
Go to Agentforce Agents using Setup search.
Enable the Agentforce Agents toggle.
Installation
Open the TechnoMile Growth Agents package installation link in a new tab on the same browser.
IMPORTANT:
Ensure that only one instance of your Salesforce account is open in the browser, where you want to install this package.
Choose Install for All Users, select the I acknowledge checkbox, and click Install.
Click Done.
The Installed Packages page displays with the TechnoMile Growth Agents package in this list.
Assign Permission Sets to Users
Go to Users using Setup search.
Click a user to whom you want to assign the Permission Sets.
NOTE:
In this document, the Permission Sets are assigned to only ONE user. However, you can provide the same Permission Sets to as many users, as per your requirements.
Scroll down to Permission Set Assignments and click Edit Assignments.
Select and move the following Permission Sets from Available Permission Sets to Enabled Permission Sets using the Add arrow button and click Save.
IMPORTANT:
Ensure that you assign all the below listed Permission Sets to your Admin Users and assign only Prompt Template User and TM_Capture_Copilot_Permissions to your End Users.

Configure Remote Site Settings
NOTE:
Perform the following steps to create a Remote Site, only if you do not already have a Remote Site with the same Remote Site URL created on your instance.
Go to Remote Site Settings using Setup search.
Click New Remote Site.
Enter a Remote Site - Name and URL, select the Active checkbox, and click Save.
Remote Site Name: CaptureCoPilotAgent
Remote Site URL: https://api.technomile.com
Remote Site is created.
Enable Capture Copilot Agent Toggle
Go to TechnoMile Capture Copilot Agents using App Launcher.
Enable the Capture Copilot Agent toggle.
Configure TechnoMile Authentication Settings
Go to TechnoMile Authentication using App Launcher.
Click Edit Settings.
Enter Client - ID and Secret and Endpoint URL and click Save.
IMPORTANT
Ensure that you have retrieved all the required TechnoMile Authentication Settings details from the TechnoMile Support.
Activate Agentforce Agents
Go back to Setup and then to Agentforce Agents using Setup search.
Click to open an Agent such as TM Capture Copilot Auto match Solicitation.
Click Open in Builder.
Click Activate.
Click Ignore & Activate.
Agent is activated.
Similarly, activate all other Agents as shown below.
Edit Opportunity Page
Add Tab
Go to Opportunities using App Launcher.
Click to open an Opportunity record.
Opportunity record page opens.
Click the gear icon and select Edit Page.
Lightning App Builder opens.
Go to any tab and click Add Tab.
Click Details and select Custom as Tab Label.
Enter Capture Copilot as Custom Label and click Done.
Scroll down and drag-and-drop the TM_CaptureCoPilotScorecardLWC component onto the Capture Copilot tab.
Click Save.
A popup window opens.
Click Activate.
Click Assign as Org Default.
Choose Desktop and click Next.
Click Save.
Growth OOB Opportunity page is assigned as Org Default.
Click the back arrow icon.
Opportunity record page opens with the Capture Copilot tab on it.
