Overview
Capture Copilot supports the Opportunity capture process by providing AI-powered assistance through guided Agents. It enables customer research, data analysis, and output generation for each capture activity, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency. This ensures capture steps are completed faster, with greater consistency, and in a standardized manner across Opportunities.
Audience
Growth Suite Users
Prerequisites
Ensure that TechnoMile Growth Suite - Sales Cloud Edition and Capture Copilot are already installed and configured. The version of this package must be 2026.1 or higher.
Using Capture Copilot
Go to Growth using App Launcher.
Go to Opportunities.
Open an Opportunity record.
On the Opportunity record page, click More and select Capture Copilot.
The Capture Copilot tab opens.
NOTE:
If you are viewing this tab for the first time, 14 Tasks will be auto-created on it.
Click the first task, Understand the Customer's Mission, Vision and Objectives.
Capture Copilot automatically analyzes the Opportunity content and generates an output.
Review the generated results in the Capture Copilot window. If needed, type and search for additional questions in the chat box to get more details.
Close the Task.
The Task Status updates with the following details:Repeat steps 5-7 for the remaining Tasks.
NOTE:
For best results, complete the Capture Copilot Tasks in a sequence.
