GovSearchAI - Configure Opportunity Profile Settings

Overview

GovSearchAI enables its users to personalize a default view of Opportunities that align with their specific requirements of matching Agencies, Capabilities, Contract Vehicles, NAICS, Locations, and PSC delivering a curated experience that saves time. It helps teams build an optimized view of best-fit Opportunities by configuring their Opportunity Profile settings.

This document is a step-by-step guide on how you can configure Opportunity Profile settings in GovSearchAI.

Audience

• TechnoMile Administrators

• Portal Administrators

Prerequisites

• Ensure that you have obtained the necessary Administrator login credentials to the TM TechnoMile portal from TechnoMile Support.

Configure Opportunity Profile Settings

1. Go to the TM TechnoMile portal and click I Agree.
   

2. Enter an Administrator’s Email address and Password and click Sign In.

   Important:

   Administrator credentials are necessary if you are a GovSearchAI-only client. However, if you are signing in through CRM, you can click the Or continue with Salesforce/Microsoft button instead.

   
   TM TechnoMile portal opens.

3. Go to User, click Opportunity Profile, and scroll down to click Add Items for an entity of your choice such as Agencies.
   

4. Search for and select Agencies that you wish to add and click Add Selected.
   
   Agencies are added.
   

5. Similarly, you can Add Items for any other entity of your choice such as Capabilities, Contract Vehicles, NAICS, Locations, and PSC.

6. You can also click the cross icon at any time to remove an item.
   

7. Scroll up and note that all selected entities display under Smart Matching Summary.

8. Click Generate Pipeline.
   

   Opportunities that match the specified criteria, along with having High Match Scores display.
