Overview
S3 Bucket is a public cloud storage resource available in Amazon Web Services (AWS) Simple Storage Service (S3), an object storage offering. S3 Buckets are similar to file folders that store objects that consist of data and its descriptive metadata.
This document explains how to configure S3 Bucket login for users in your organization using WinSCP. There are countless tools available in the market for connecting with Amazon S3.
If you are currently using an FTP Client to connect to the GovSearch FTP Server, you may be able to use the same tool to connect to S3. The instructions will differ slightly from below, but the credentials and configuration requirements should be the same. If you need instructions for your specific tool, please reach out to support@technomile.com.
