Introduction

The TechnoMile Product Suite is natively built on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, transforming the most advanced CRM into a Product Suite ready platform. The suite enables you to manage your Employee records by syncing data from Azure Entra ID into the Employee records on your instance. It also lets you customize and schedule the workflow for this sync.

Prerequisites

  • Ensure that TechnoMile's Growth and/or Contracts Suite is already installed and configured. The version of these packages must be 2024.2 or higher.

  • Ensure that you have Office 365 permissions and Entra ID sync access.

Syncing Entra ID User Data with Employee Records in Microsoft Dynamics

  1. Login to your Microsoft Dynamics instance.

  2. Navigate to the Power Apps application.

  3. Navigate to Flows and click Entra ID Sync With Employee Entity under the Cloud flows tab.

  4. Click Edit.

  5. To customize the schedule for running the Cloud flow, click Edit under Recurrence.

  6. Provide your inputs for the Interval, Frequency, Time zone, Start time, etc. fields and click Save.

  7. Click Run.

Viewing Synced Employee Data

  1. Once the Entra ID Sync With Employee Entity cloud flow has run successfully, go to an Employee record and verify if the Employee data from Entra ID is synced into your record on your instance.
