Change Summary

Overview

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on leveraging TechnoMile’s Transform Copilot feature to ingest SF-30 documents, extract key Contract Modifications or Mods, and generate a summary of changes.

Post ingestion, users can view the summarized changes on a dedicated screen within the CRM, ensuring easy access and efficient Contract Mods management.

Audience

• Contracts Suite Users

Prerequisites

• Ensure that TechnoMile's Contracts Suite is already installed and configured. The version of this package must be 2025.2 or higher.

Upload Mod SF-30 Document

1. Navigate to Contracts in Microsoft Dynamics, which may be labeled as TechnoMile Contracts or similar based on your organization’s settings and open a Contract record.

2. Go to Contract Mods.

3. Click Ingest Mod (SF-30 TC).

   NOTE

   The Ingest Mod (SF-30 TC) button is visible when a Contract is in the Administer state and is locked.

   

4. Drag-and-drop a Mod SF-30 PDF file or browse your system to select and upload it.

5. Click Submit to initiate the ingestion process.
   The Mod SF-30 PDF file is submitted for ingestion. An email is also sent to the user confirming that the Mod extraction has started.
   Once the extraction process is complete, an email is sent to the user confirming the same.

Review and Create Mod Record

Transform Copilot initiates an AI-driven extraction process once you upload the Mod. Follow the steps mentioned below to review and validate the extracted data.

1. Click the Review button in the email.
   The Modification Details page opens. The document appears on the left, while the extracted data fields display on the right.

2. You can also access this page from Transform Copilot Jobs in Microsoft Dynamics by clicking Open Wizard against your uploaded Mod SF-30.pdf file.
   

3. Review the data and then click Create Modification to complete the ingestion process. This adds the Mod record to the appropriate Contract record.
   The Modification Details consist of several key components for Mod review and validation:

   • On the left panel, the Document Preview displays the Mod being processed, with AI-extracted fields highlighted in different colors.

   • You can zoom, reset zoom, navigate to first and last pages, jump to a specific page by entering its number, or open the PDF for a full view.

   • On the right panel, the Fields Extracted and Fields Modified indicate the total number of fields identified by AI and how many fields have changed based on AI extraction, respectively.
     

View Ingested Mod Details

When you click the Create Modification button, the Transform Copilot SF-30 ingestion process completes and you are directed to the Contract record where the Mod is created.

View Mod Summary Section

This topic highlights how you can view the Mod Summary section of the newly created Mod on the Contract record page.

NOTE

Mod Summary is visible only when a Transform Copilot Mod is open.

1. On the General tab of the Contract record, click the plus icon to expand the Mod Summary section.
   In this section, you can view the following Mod related information:

   • Summary

   • Ingested Form Data

   • POP

   • CLIN/SLINs

   • Clauses

   • Other Changes

   • Risk
     

View Ingested Mod Record

You can view the newly created Mod record and its Mod Summary section.

1. Go to the Contract Mods tab and open the Mod record created post ingestion.
   The General tab of the Mod record opens with the Mod Summary section and related tabs displayed.
