Overview
TechnoMile's Account Management focuses on creating an extensive Account Plan, a plan that serves as a blueprint of your business process. The Account Management feature provides creation and management of Action Items to track the progress of activities such as Account Scorecard, Call Plan, SWOT Analysis, etc. so as to achieve business goals effectively. It monitors all the activities on an Account and provides you with a thorough analysis of its associated Opportunities whether Won or Lost.
This document is a step-by-step guide on how you can configure the Account Management feature for use in your organization.

Prerequisites
Ensure that Growth Suite - Sales Cloud Edition is already installed and configured. The version of this package must be 2024.2 or higher.
Assigning Permission Sets
Login to your Salesforce account.
Click the gear icon and select Setup.

Go to Permission Sets using the search box in Setup.

Scroll down and click Growth OOB All Permission.

Click Manage Assignments.

Click Add Assignment.

Select a user and click Next.

Click Assign.
Permission Set is assigned to the selected user.Click Done.

Similarly, assign the Growth OOB Account Management Permission Set to your Salesforce Administrator.

Editing Account Page Layout
Adding Button
Go to Object Manager and click Account.

Go to Page Layouts and click your currently assigned Page Layout Name such as Account Layout.

Go to Mobile & Lightning Actions, drag-and-drop the Account Management button into the Salesforce Mobile and Lightning Experience Actions section, and click Save.
Button is added.Go to Accounts using App Launcher.

Accounts page opens, click to open an Account record.

Account record page opens, click the drop-down arrow to view the Account Management button on this page.
