What are the steps to update License Keys for TechnoMile Salesforce Sales Cloud Products?

Overview

This document lists the steps to be performed to update License Keys for all your Sales Cloud products, received from TechnoMile Support in Salesforce.

Update License Keys for Sales Cloud Products

1. Login to your Salesforce Account.
2. Click the gear icon and select Setup.
   
3. Enter text Custom Settings in the search bar and click Custom Settings.
   
4. Click Manage against TM License Key Setting with Namespace Prefix as TM_TOMA.
   
5. 5. Click Edit.
   
6. Enter Keys for the Sales Cloud products that you use, which are provided to you by TechnoMile Support, and click Save.
   
   Here, you can enter any of the following Keys:
   • FedCLM Key for GRC Sales Cloud
   • FedCapture Key for Growth Sales Cloud that is required ONLY IF you are also using GRC Sales Cloud
   • FedTOM Key for Task Order Management Sales Cloud
     

     
     A window opens that displays updated Sales Cloud Product Keys in the TM License Key Setting page.

     

7. Go back to Custom Settings and click Manage against TM License Key Setting with Namespace Prefix as TM_Analytics.
   
8. Click Edit.
   
9. Enter Keys for the Competitive Insights Sales Cloud Product that you use, which are provided to you by TechnoMile Support and click Save.
   
   Here, you can enter the following Key:
   
   • TM Analytics Key for Competitive Insights Sales Cloud
     
     A window opens that displays updated Competitive Insights Sales Cloud Product Key in the TM License Key Setting page.
