Overview
Business rules in Microsoft Dynamics verify that the data entered by a user meets certain criteria before the user can save the record. Microsoft Dynamics Administrators set up these rules as statements that act like yes/no questions and the answers must meet the set criteria. If not, an error message is displayed explaining the steps to correct the record before saving it.
