Overview
Growth Suite Admin on Salesforce Platform is a one-stop-shop that consolidates access to all tools that System Administrators rely on to administer and configure the Growth solution in your organization and also simplifies User Management, providing a more straightforward experience and saving time. This panel enables Administrators to do the following:
Rapidly navigate to all configuration tools from one place including User Management, Growth Opp Layout, GSAI Admin, Spark Mappings, PWin/PGO Questions, Scorecard Items, and Revenue Projections.
Provides easy access to Support resources with direct links to the TechnoMile Customer Success portal, submit a ticket, and user and configuration guides.
Quickly access configuration tools for your third-party integrations such as with GovWin IQ and Formstack.

Prerequisites
Ensure that Growth Suite - Platform Edition is already installed and configured. The version of this package must be 2025.1 or higher.
Configure Growth Suite Admin
Quick Links
Go to Growth Suite Admin and then go to Quick Links.
Click User Management to go to Growth User Management.

Go to Support Links and click TechnoMile Support Portal to go to the Dashboard page.
You can view all the information regarding your existing Tickets with TechnoMile Support on this page.Click Submit a Ticket to go to the Submit a request page.
You can provide all the required information to create a new Ticket and submit it to TechnoMile Support on this page.Click User Guides to go to the Growth Suite (on Salesforce): User Guides Landing Page.

Configure Custom Metadata Types for Additional Links
Note
You can create an Addition Link for any third-party app that your Salesforce instance has an with.
Click the gear icon and select Setup.
Go to Custom Metadata Types using Setup search.
Click Manage Records against Growth OOB Admin Panel Additional Links.
Click New.
Enter Label, Growth OOB Admin Panel Additional Links Name, and Page and click Save.
Note
While creating a Custom Metadata Type record, you can also add an optional Description, if required.
Formstack Custom Metadata Type record is created.Similarly, create another record with the following details.
GovWinIQ Custom Metadata Type record is created.
Additional Links
Go back to Growth Suite Admin.
Go to Additional Links and click Formstack to go to the Formstack Documents app/tab.
Note
A Description if available, will be visible below each Additional Link.
Click GovWinIQ to go to GovWin IQ Configuration.
