This guide outlines the steps required to activate the latest version of the Contract and Subcontract flows for existing customers. This enhancement updates the contract lifecycle so that contracts in the Administer stage, without an Option Year End Date, are automatically marked as Contract Ended/Expired once the Base Period End Date has passed.
To activate the required flow version:
Go to Flows using Setup Search.
Locate Update Contract Values, click the dropdown arrow, and select View Details and Versions.
In the Flow versions list, click Activate on Version 8.
Version 8 is now active.
Similarly, locate Update Subcontract Fields, click the dropdown arrow, and select View Details and Versions.
In the Flow versions list, click Activate on Version 5.
Version 5 is now active.
