How to Activate Subcontract Clause Flows (For Existing Customers)

This guide outlines the steps required to activate the latest version of the Subcontract clause flow for existing customers. This enhancement enables clause flowdown from parent subcontract to child subcontract, ensuring improved consistency and streamlined clause management.

Activate Subcontract Clause Flows

To activate the required flow version:

1. Go to Flows using Setup Search.
   

2. Locate Create Subcontract Clauses Flow, click the dropdown arrow, and select View Details and Versions.
   

3. In the Flow versions list:

   1. Click Deactivate on Version 2.

   2. Click Activate on Version 3.
      Version 3 is now active.
      

4. Similarly, locate Create Subcontract Clauses As Parent Contract Change, click the dropdown arrow, and select View Details and Versions.
   

5. In the Flow versions list:

   1. Click Deactivate on Version 1.

   2. Click Activate on Version 2.
      Version 2 is now active.
