Contracts solution helps Government Contractors manage the entire Contract Lifecycle initiating from pre-award to post-award through a user-friendly set up and administration tasks.

This document lists the steps to create a TM Admin User in your Salesforce org.

Prerequisites

  • Ensure that GRC Module - TechnoMile Suite Sales Cloud Edition is already installed and configured. The version of this package must be 2024.2 or higher.

Create TM Admin User

  1. Click the gear icon and select Setup.

  2. Go to Users using Setup search.

  3. Click New User.

  4. Enter First Name as TM, Last Name as Admin, Username as sfuser.CUSTOMERNAME@technomile.com, and Email as sfuser.CUSTOMERNAME@technomile.com, select User License as Salesforce and Profile as System Administrator, and click Save.
    TM Admin user is
    created.
