To use the TechnoMile Growth Suite on Salesforce, companies must have a license to the underlying Salesforce platform. Depending on what licenses you have available will affect the license type you select when creating a user profile in the TechnoMile Growth Suite.
The two primary Salesforce license types are:
Salesforce
Salesforce Platform
Find Salesforce Licenses
You can check how many licenses your company has available.
Note
Even if your company is using Salesforce Platform licenses, you will still have at least two (2) Salesforce licenses. these are admin licenses as seen in this example.
Navigate to Setup.
Use quick find to search for Company Information.
Scroll down to the User Licenses section.
This will show your current license count, as well as the number of used/remaining licenses for each type.
