Overview
The Contacts feature provides access to key stakeholder information for agencies and organizations. It allows you to view details such as names, roles, associated offices and agencies, contact information, and locations. This feature helps you identify relevant personnel, understand organizational relationships, and communicate effectively with the appropriate stakeholders.

Access Contacts
Follow the procedure below to access Contacts.
Log in to the GovSearchAI portal.
On the navigation pane, select Contacts.
Contacts Explorer page appears.
Search Contacts
The search bar lets you search for Contacts by keyword. You can quickly locate relevant Contacts without navigating through the hierarchy or expanding and collapsing categories to view associated Agencies and Offices.
Enter the required Contact name in the search box.
Click Search.
The list of Contacts that match the keyword displays.
View Contacts
On the Contacts Explorer page, select the required Agency hierarchy.
Select the Sub-agency.
View the Contact details in the side panel.
If needed, use the search and filter to find specific values.
Select the Contact to view its details, position history, and associated Opportunities.
