Overview
The Awards feature in GovSearchAI lets you search, filter, and manage Award records across multiple sources. You can use keywords, filters, and sort options to identify relevant Awards, view detailed information, and subscribe to an Award. Awards incorporate data from multiple sources and apply an AI-powered algorithm to identify best-fit Awards that can help you efficiently fill your pipeline.

Access and Search Awards
Follow these steps to access and search for Awards.
Log in to the GovSearchAI portal.
Go to Awards.
The Find Awards page opens, displaying the following:A search bar and related filters to find Awards. To learn more about Search, see the GovSearchAI - Semantic Search User Guide.
Award-related tiles and their descriptions in the Quick Access section.
Tile | Description |

Start a New Search | Start a new search by defining criteria such as Agencies, keywords, and Award details. You can use this option to create a customized search. To learn more about Start a New Search, refer to the GovSearchAI - Saved Search User Guide. |
Favorites | Displays the awards that you recently starred or marked as favorite. |
All Awards | Displays all Awards in the system. You can browse and filter the complete list of Awards. |
Recently Viewed | Displays the awards that you recently accessed. You can quickly return to previously viewed Award records. |
My Company's Awards | Displays the awards won by your organization. |
View Awards
Click All Awards.
All Awards open in the default card view with key details such as Award title, Total Obligations, Potential Amount, Set Aside, etc.
Sort Awards
You can select a sort option to organize Awards based on the selected criteria.
Sort by: Sort results by Start Date, End Date, Total Obligations, or Potential Amount. This helps you prioritize and view Awards in a meaningful order based on your requirements.
Asc/Desc: Change the sorting order to ascending or descending.
Side Panel View
The side panel provides additional details about an Award without leaving the card view. It expands on the information shown in the card view.
On the Awards page, click an Award.
A side panel opens on the right side of the page. It displays Award details such as Award title, Award ID, Agency name, etc.The following sections describe each section of an Award in the side panel.
Header Information
Displays the Award title, Award ID, Agency name, location, and Capabilities. It also provides a link to View Full Details.
Latest Contract Action
Displays the most recent official change or update that has been made to a Contract after it has been awarded.
Key Dates
Displays the Award - Start and End Dates and Period of Performance in months.
Financials
Displays the financial information related to an Award such as Total Obligations, Potential Amount, Average Annual Spend, and Subcontracting percentage.
Classifications
Displays primary classification details including Set Aside and NAICS and PSC codes to help you quickly identify the industry of the Contractor or the primary purpose of the Award.
Details View
In the side panel, click View Full Details.
The Award details page opens.
The following sections describe each section of the Award details page.
Details Page
The Award details page provides a comprehensive view of an Award, including summary information, detailed attributes, related records such as Opportunity, Agency Hierarchy, and Recipient information. It allows you to review all relevant information in one place and perform actions such as subscribing.
Tabs
The tabs organize Award information into different views, including Overview, Subcontractors, and Transactions. These tabs allow you to access Award summary details, Subcontractors Obligations information such as Vendor Names and their Total - Awards and Obligations,and Transaction details such as Spending Over Time on Mods. You can switch between tabs to view specific information about the Award.
Financial Overview
The Financial Overview section displays financial information related to the Award such as Total Obligations, Current Amount, Potential Amount, Average Annual Spend, Burn Rate, and Subcontracting percentage.
Linked Opportunity
The Linked Opportunity section displays the Opportunity Record that is linked to this Award.
Latest Contract Action
The Latest Contract Action section displays the most recent official change or update that has been made to a Contract after it has been awarded.
Award Summary
The Summary section provides detailed information about key attributes of the Award including Award ID, Contract - Number and Type, Award - Start and End Dates, classification codes - NAICS and PSC, Set Aside, Place of Performance, Capabilities, and Description.
Agency Hierarchy
The Agency Hierarchy section provides the names and current hierarchy of both the Awarding and Funding Agencies.
Recipient
The Recipient section displays the name of the organization that has received this Award, along with its Business Types and Location.
Notes
The Notes section allows you to add and manage internal notes related to the Award. You can use this section to capture insights, updates, or comments for reference and collaboration.
Subscribe to an Award
Follow these steps to subscribe to an Award.
Click Subscribe on an Award.
You are subscribed to receive notifications for this Award.
Click the three dots icon and select Notification Preferences.
Select Alert Types and click Subscribe to alerts. You are now subscribed to receive notifications based on your selected Alert Types for this Award.
