Overview
Mila is TechnoMile’s intelligent digital assistant that enables you to analyze and interact with Opportunity details and associated documents using natural language queries. It retrieves and analyzes information from the selected opportunity and its documents to respond to your queries. Mila allows you to extract critical data, ask questions, and generate insights from complex documents. It helps you retrieve key information and insights from opportunities and related documents.

Access Mila
To access Mila:
Log in to the GovSearchAI portal.
On the navigation pane, select Opportunities.
Open the interested Opportunity and click View Full Details.
On the Opportunity details page, click Mila.
The Mila panel opens and displays a welcome message before you start interacting with the assistant.
Start a Chat Session
To start a chat session:
In the Mila panel, type your question related to the Opportunity or its associated documents.
Click the Go icon (
) to receive a response.
Mila provides responses based on the selected Opportunity, including overview details and associated documents.
Optionally, click the Thumbs Up or Thumbs Down icon to indicate whether the response was helpful.
If needed, click the Refresh icon (
) to generate a new response to the same question.
Tabs in Mila
The Mila panel includes multiple tabs that help you navigate and manage interactions efficiently. You can switch between chat, documents, session history, and other options to access relevant information and perform actions within the Mila interface.
Chat
On the Mila chat interface, you can ask questions and receive responses based on the selected Opportunity, including overview details and associated documents.
Settings
The Settings tab displays all documents associated with the selected Opportunity. By default, Mila uses all documents associated with the Opportunity. You can select a specific document to start a new chat session based on that document.
When you select a different document, the system closes the current session and starts a new chat session based on the selected document.
Sessions/History
The Sessions/History tab displays previous chat sessions. The system saves chat history when you close a session or switch documents, and maintains conversations based on the selected document or document set.
The Email tab allows you to send chat conversations through email. You can select specific chats or all chats, and the system sends them as a PDF attachment in a question-and-response format.
Expand/Collapse
The Expand/Collapse tab expands the Mila panel to full screen for better visibility or collapses it back to the default view.
End a Chat Session
To end a chat session:
Click the Close (X) icon in the Mila panel.
A confirmation message displays.
Click Close Session to confirm and end the chat session.
NOTE:
Once a chat session ends, it remains available in the Sessions/History tab in read-only mode for future reference.
