Overview
The Opportunities feature in GovSearchAI lets you search, filter, and manage Opportunity records across multiple sources. You can use keywords, filters, and sort options to identify relevant Opportunities, view detailed information, and take actions such as subscribe to, mark as not interested, or share Opportunities with other users. Opportunities incorporate data from multiple sources and apply an AI-powered algorithm to identify best-fit Opportunities that can help you efficiently fill your pipeline.

Access and Search Opportunities
Follow these steps to access and search for Opportunities.
Log in to the GovSearchAI portal.
Go to Opportunities.
The Opportunities page opens that displays a list of Opportunities.
Use the search bar and filters to find Opportunities. The search supports Semantic queries, allowing you to enter natural language queries to find relevant Opportunities. The system interprets the intent of your query and returns results based on meaning, and not just exact keyword matches. View Opportunities
View Opportunities in the default card view and review key details. You can switch to list view, if required. In the card view, Opportunities display basic details such as title, ID, Agency, dates, and Capabilities.
You can click Subscribe or Not Interested for an Opportunity.
NOTE
When an Opportunity is marked as Not Interested, the system removes it from your recommended Opportunities.
Sort Opportunities
You can choose a sort option to organize Opportunities based on selected criteria.
Sort by: Sort results by Match Score, Agency, Name, Value, Solicitation Date, or Award Date. This helps you prioritize and view Opportunities in a meaningful order based on your requirements.
Ascending/Descending toggle: Change the sorting order to ascending or descending.
Side Panel View
The side panel provides additional details about the Opportunity without leaving the card view. It expands on the information shown in the card view.
On the Opportunities page, click an Opportunity.
A side panel opens on the right side of the page. It displays Opportunity details.The following sections describe each section of an Opportunity in the side panel.
Header Information
Displays the Opportunity title, source tags (for example, Forecast Pre-RFI, FPDS), Opportunity ID, Agency name, location, and reference number. It also provides quick actions such as Not Interested, Share, Subscribe, and a link to View Full Details.
Key Attributes
Displays primary classification codes - NAICS and PSC and Contract Vehicle to help you quickly identify the Opportunity type and category.
Match Score Breakdown
Displays a visual and numerical breakdown of how well the Opportunity matches your criteria. It includes factors such as Agency, classification codes -NAICS and PSC, Contract Vehicle, Set Aside Status, Value, and Capabilities, along with their respective match percentages.
Summary
Provides a brief description of the Opportunity, outlining its scope, purpose, and key deliverables. You can expand the section to view the complete Summary.
Capabilities
Displays relevant Capability tags associated with the Opportunity, helping you understand required skills or service areas.
Notes
Allows you to add and view internal notes related to the Opportunity. You can use this section to capture insights, updates, or collaboration inputs.
Details View
In the side panel, click View Full Details.
The Opportunity details page opens.

Opportunity Details Page
The Opportunity Details page provides a comprehensive view of an Opportunity, including summary information, detailed attributes, related records, documents, and contacts. It allows you to review all relevant information in one place and perform actions such as subscribing, sharing, marking as not interested, and accessing integrated features.
Tabs
The tabs organize Opportunity information into different views, including Overview, Contacts, Artifacts, and Documents. These tabs allow you to access Opportunity Summary details, contact information, related records, and associated documents. You can switch between tabs to view specific information about the Opportunity.
Opportunity Snapshot
The Opportunity Snapshot section provides a quick overview of key attributes of the Opportunity, such as Estimated Value, Set Aside, Contract Vehicle, Solicitation Date, and Award Date. This section helps you quickly assess the scope and timeline of the Opportunity.
Match Score
The Match Score section indicates how well the Opportunity aligns with the defined criteria or business needs. It provides a quick assessment of relevance, helping you prioritize Opportunities based on their fit.
Opportunity Details
The Opportunity Details section displays detailed information about the Opportunity, including classification codes - NAICS and PSC, Opportunity Type, issuing Agency, Contract Type, and performance dates. This section provides the core data required to evaluate the Opportunity.
Opportunity Summary
The Opportunity Summary section provides a brief description of the Opportunity, outlining its purpose, scope, and key requirements. It helps you understand the Opportunity at a high level without reviewing full documents.
Notes
The Notes section allows you to add and manage internal notes related to the Opportunity. You can use this section to capture insights, updates, or comments for reference and collaboration.
Recent Documents
The Recent Documents section displays recently added or relevant documents associated with the Opportunity, such as Solicitations and technical specifications. You can download these documents for further review.
Opportunity Artifacts
The Opportunity Artifacts section lists related records such as Solicitations, RFIs, and Contract Vehicles along with their dates. This helps you track the lifecycle and supporting records of the Opportunity.
Contacts
The Contacts section displays contact details of individuals associated with the Opportunity, including name, organization, email, and phone number. You can use this information for communication and follow-ups.
Share an Opportunity
Follow these steps to share an Opportunity with other users.
On the Opportunity details page, click the three dots icon.
Select Share.
Select one or more Recipients, enter a Message, and click Send Notification.
NOTE
You can share the Opportunity with an individual user or a team, if team sharing is enabled by your Administrator. Teams lets you share the Opportunity with multiple users at once, while Users lets you share the Opportunity with specific individuals.

Subscribed Opportunities
Follow these steps to view Subscribed Opportunities.
Go to Subscribed Opportunities.
The Subscribed Opportunities page opens.

Company Subscribed Opportunities
Displays the Opportunities subscribed by other users in your organization.
