Overview
The Subscribe feature allows you to stay informed about relevant opportunities and changes in the federal marketplace. You can subscribe to email notifications based on saved search filters for opportunities, vendors, awards, and more. You can also follow specific opportunities, awards, Contract Vehicles, solicitations, agencies, or vendors to receive alerts about updates.

Subscribe to a Record
Stay updated on changes to specific records. You can subscribe to opportunities, awards, contract vehicles, agencies, and vendors. Follow the procedure below to subscribe to a record.
Open the required record.
On the record details page, click Subscribe.
The system subscribes to the Opportunity and sends notifications when it is updated.
NOTE:
Notifications are sent from Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM EST. Emails are not sent on Saturday or Sunday.
Configure Alerts and Notifications - System
Customize how and when you receive email notifications for subscribed records.
NOTE:
These preferences apply only to new subscriptions and do not affect records you are already subscribed to.
Go to your profile.
Click Alerts/Notifications.
Click Opportunities and select the notifications you want to receive.
Repeat step 3 for Agencies, Vendors, Awards, and Contract Vehicles.
Notes:
You can choose from predefined notification preferences; creating custom preferences is not supported.
The system sets default notification preferences for each user across opportunities, agencies, vendors, awards, and contract vehicles. You can update these preferences from the Alerts/Notifications settings.
Configure Alerts and Notifications - Specific Record
You can update notification preferences for an individual record.
Open any record.
Click the three dots icon.
Click Notification Preferences.
Select the required notification criteria.
Save the changes.
The system applies the updated preferences only to the selected record.
