Feature Enhancements
Growth
Opportunity Contacts: Users can now view additional contacts associated with an Opportunity based on its office hierarchy. Contacts are displayed only for the office directly tied to the Opportunity when that office resides at hierarchy level 5 or lower. This targeted approach surfaces the most relevant contacts while avoiding unnecessary clutter from larger organizational hierarchies, helping users quickly identify key stakeholders during opportunity research and pursuit.
Improved Daily Email Alerts: Daily saved-search email alerts have been enhanced to include only newly matched records instead of repeatedly listing every record that satisfies the search criteria. By highlighting only new results, the updated notifications reduce unnecessary information, making daily alerts more actionable and allowing users to focus on newly identified opportunities and changes in the market. Existing saved-search alerts automatically benefit from this enhancement without requiring any additional configuration.
Customer Experience Improvements: This release includes several customer-requested usability enhancements designed to simplify navigation and improve productivity throughout Growth CRM. Users can now:
Sort Opportunity lists by Modified Date.
Favorite Vendors directly from the side panel.
Favorite Contract Vehicles directly from the side panel.
Open application links in a new browser tab by right-clicking.

Maintenance Improvements: This release also includes numerous Run & Maintain updates across the Growth product suite to improve data accuracy, search reliability, ingestion processes, Opportunity and Agency experiences, NoticesIQ functionality, Task Order metadata, and overall platform stability. These updates address a variety of customer-reported issues and operational improvements that enhance the overall reliability of Growth CRM.
Contracts
Run & Maintain Items: The Contracts product suite includes a maintenance update that resolves an issue where extracted POP counts and modified counts were incorrectly reset after ingestion when extracted POP data was deleted. This improvement helps maintain accurate extraction metrics and data consistency.
TechnoMile Platform
In-App Release Notes: This release introduces a new in-app release notes experience, enabling TechnoMile to publish product updates directly within the application. Users automatically receive in-app notifications whenever new release notes become available, while previous release notes remain accessible from their user profile. The initial implementation is available for GovSearchAI and NoticesIQ and helps clients stay informed about new capabilities without relying solely on email communications. No additional configuration is required.
