The 2026.1.2 release introduces a set of enhancements designed to simplify contract and agreement management, improve document handling, strengthen workflow controls, and enable more efficient collaboration. Key improvements include a more streamlined SharePoint document experience, enhanced Agreement Management workflows, improved SBP reporting capabilities, faster clause updates through inline editing, and contextual @mentions across entity records. Together, these enhancements reduce manual effort, improve process consistency, and give users greater visibility and control throughout the contract and agreement lifecycle.

Contract Improvements
Consolidated Documents Tab: Users now have access to a single, unified Documents tab that routes directly to SharePoint, eliminating confusion caused by duplicate or redundant document tabs. When SharePoint is configured as the document repository, it becomes the default entry point, and the Microsoft OOTB Documents tab is hidden across all entities. The OOTB Documents tab is displayed only when no document repository has been configured by the client.
Contract Briefs to Stakeholders: Contract brief emails are now automatically sent to all contract stakeholders, along with the SharePoint link, in addition to the contract admins whenever a brief is generated, whether manually or through auto-creation. Admins can disable stakeholder notifications under Product Configurations if required. Duplicate notifications are prevented to provide a consistent user experience.
Required Internal POC Enforcement: Admins can now designate specific Team Roles as required for every contract through Product Configurations. If a user attempts to advance a contract without assigning all required Team Members, the system prevents progression and displays a dynamic error message listing the missing roles. This ensures compliance while allowing contracts to progress normally when no required Team Roles have been configured.
SharePoint Folder Creation Notification: Users now see a banner notification asking them to wait while the SharePoint folder is being created whenever a new record is created. This prevents errors that could occur when users navigate to the Documents tab before the folder setup is complete.
This enhancement applies across all entities where SharePoint folders are created, including Contracts, OCI, CPAR, At-Risk Funding, Adverse Action, Agreements, and Subcontracts. The Documents tab is now displayed only after the SharePoint folder for the respective entity has been successfully created.
Agreement Management Enhancements
Customizable SharePoint Folder Structure: Admins can now configure the OOTB SharePoint folder structure for Agreement Management to align with their organization’s requirements. The default high-level structure follows Agreement > Agreement Record, while admins can customize the folder hierarchy based on client needs without requiring custom development.
Documents Tab Visibility After SharePoint Folder Creation: The Documents tab is now displayed to users only after the SharePoint folder for the respective Agreement record has been successfully created. This prevents errors that could occur when users access the Documents tab before folder setup is complete. The Generate Document button is available only from the Draft stage onwards, allowing sufficient time for SharePoint folder creation to complete before document generation begins.
Document Validation Before Review, Approval, or Signatory: Before initiating a Review, Approval, or Signatory process, the system now verifies that a document is available on the Agreement. If no document is found, a clear validation message is displayed, preventing unsuccessful attempts and guiding users to add the required document before proceeding.
File Selection Before Sending for E-Signature: Users can now select a specific file to send for E-Signature, providing clear visibility into which document is being submitted. Only one file can be selected at a time. The file list is sorted by Last Modified Date, with the most recently modified file displayed at the top for easier selection.
Sequential E-Signature for Internal and External Signatories: The sequential signing process for Internal and External Signatories now follows the existing Internal Review/Approval workflow in Agreement Management. A sequence number is automatically assigned when a signatory is added, and signature requests are sent according to the sequence order. Each subsequent signatory is notified only after the previous signatory has completed their signature.
Bypass Agreement Workflow Stages: Agreement Managers can now bypass the Internal Review, External Review, and Approval stages for agreement types that do not require these steps, reducing turnaround time for straightforward agreements such as NDAs. Admins can control bypass permissions through Product Configurations, with the ability to define bypass eligibility based on Agreement Type and Inbound/Outbound classification.
Auto-Populated Name Field in External Reviewer/Signatory Quick Create: The Name field in the External Reviewer and Signatory Quick Create forms is now read-only and automatically populated from the linked Employee or Contact record. This prevents incorrect manual entries and ensures consistent and accurate data across Agreement records.
SBP Improvements – The Small Business Plan (SBP) Goal page now includes a new Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs) and Indian Tribes goal, enabling organizations to track subcontracting commitments to ANCs and Indian Tribes that are not certified as Small Disadvantaged Businesses by the SBA.
The ANC goal appears as the last row in the goals table, with the total goal dollars and percentage capped at the Small Business goal threshold. ANC goal data is also reflected in the SBP Actuals report view and carried through to all generated reports, with three new fields Goal ANC Dollars, Goal ANC % of Subcontract Awards, and Goal ANC % of Total Contract Value added to the SBP report object for accurate tracking and reporting. Additionally, the Generate eSRS Report button has been relabeled to Generate Report for improved clarity.
Clause Improvements – Users can now edit the Flowdown field directly within the Contract Clause subgrid, eliminating the need to open and update each clause record individually. Previously, updating flowdown criteria across multiple clauses required users to open each record, modify the field, save the changes, and close the record. With inline editing now available in the subgrid, users can update flowdown criteria more efficiently, significantly reducing manual effort for contracts with a large number of clauses.
User tagging in records – Users can now @mention colleagues directly within the Activities and Timeline tabs of entity records, enabling contextual collaboration without leaving the record. Previously, users had to rely on external communication channels to involve team members in record-specific discussions. @Mentions are supported across entities, keeping conversations and notifications connected to the relevant Contract, Opportunity, Account, or other entity records.

User tagging in records – Users can now @mention users directly within the Activities and Timeline tabs of entity records, enabling contextual collaboration without leaving the record. This tagging capability was previously unavailable in the product, requiring users to communicate through external channels to involve team members on specific records. Mentions are supported across entities, ensuring discussions and notifications stay tied to the relevant contract, opportunity, or account.
