Add a Picklist Value

Overview

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for adding a picklist value to the Stage field of the Growth Opportunity object in the WinIt application.

Prerequisites

• Ensure that WinIt on Growth Suite - Platform Edition is already installed and configured. The version of this package must be 2025.1 or higher.

Add a Picklist Value

1. Login to the WinIt application.

2. Click the gear icon and select Setup.

3. Go to Object Manager, enter text Growth Opportunity in the search bar, and click Growth Opportunity.

4. Go to Fields & Relationships, search for Stage using Quick Find, and click Stage.

5. Scroll down to the Values section where you can:

   • Create new values (New)

   • Reorder existing values (Reorder)

   • Replace values (Replace)

   • Edit values (Edit)

   • Delete values (Del)

   • Deactivate values (Deactivate)

6. Click New.

   1. Enter a Stage name.

      NOTE:

      Here, you can specify more than one picklist value. Each value must be entered in a separate line.

   2. Make sure to select the Growth Opportunity Record Types for which the picklist value needs to be added, if you do not select a Record Type the value will not display in the front end.

7. Click Save.Stage picklist value is created and added to the selected Record Types.

8. Go to Growth Opportunities using App Launcher.

9. Open a Growth Opportunity record of type - Regular.

10. Go to the Stage field and click the drop-down list. Note that the newly added picklist value - Cancelled is added to this list.
