Overview
pWin.ai provides AI-powered analysis for Opportunities that contain supporting documents. You can use pWin.ai to generate the following documents for an Opportunity:
Compliance Matrix - Provides a structured view of the Opportunity requirements and compliance information.
Annotated Outline - Provides an annotated outline based on the Opportunity information and supporting documents.
The pWin.ai integration processes the Opportunity documents in the background. After the documents are generated, you receive an in-app notification and an email alert. You can then download the generated documents from the Opportunity.
Audience
GovSearchAI Users
Genarate pWin.ai Documents
Log in to the GovSearchAI portal.
Go to Opportunities.
Open an Opportunity record and click View Full Details.
Navigate to the Opportunity Qualification section.
Click Generate Documents.
pWin.ai starts processing the documents in the background. Wait for the document-generation process to complete. The process can take up to two hours. You will receive an in-app notification and an email alert when the documents are ready.
Download pWin.ai Documents
After the document-generation process is complete, you will receive an in-app notification. You can then download the generated documents from the Opportunity.
Click the notification link to open the Opportunity record for which you generated the documents.
Alternatively, you can also click View Opportunity in the email alert you receive.
Navigate to the Opportunity Qualification section.
Locate the completed documents and click Download next to the required document.

The files are downloaded and made available on your system for further use.
