Overview
Administrators can configure access to fields of the Opportunity object that enables its user to pull data from the TechnoMile Competitive Insights Portal directly onto the Solicitation tab of Salesforce Opportunity records.
This document is a step-by-step guide on how to configure access to Standard Field-Level Security for fetching data on the Solicitation tab of an Opportunity Record.
Provide Access to Standard Fields
Step 1. Click the gear icon and select Setup. 
Step 2. Enter text Profiles in the search bar and click Profiles.
Step 3. Go to a Profile that you want to provide Competitive Insights access to.
Step 4. Scroll down to Standard Field-Level Security and click View to edit Opportunity fields.
Step 5. Click Edit to select the fields for defining Opportunity Field-Level Security.
Step 6.1. Scroll down and select the following fields for the Opportunity (Standard Object):
Previous Solicitation
Solicitation
Step 6.2. Click Save.
Opportunity Standard Field-Level access is provided to Profile.
View Solicitation Tab on Opportunity Page
Step 7. Open App Launcher.
Step 8. Enter text Opportunities in the search bar and click Opportunities in search results.
Opportunities page opens.
Step 9. Click to open an Opportunity record.
Step 10. Go to Analytics and then go to Solicitation.
Note that the Click to connect button is visible on the Solicitation tab.
