GovSearchAI - Add to Spark User Guide

Overview

The Add to Spark feature allows you to create a corresponding record in an integrated CRM system, such as Salesforce or Dynamics, directly from an Opportunity. You can access the Spark through a link on the Opportunity Record. The feature also supports transferring associated documents based on configuration and updates the CRM record when the Opportunity changes.

Add an Opportunity to a Spark

Follow the procedures below to add an Opportunity to a Spark.

  1. Log in to the GovSearchAI portal.

  2. Go to Opportunities.

  3. Open an Opportunity record and click View Full Details.

  4. Click Subscribe.The system creates a Spark when you subscribe to an Opportunity and adds a link to the corresponding CRM record.

  5. Click the Spark link on the Opportunity record.Review the Spark recorddetails in your CRM system.

    Notes:

    • Ensure that Sparks stay up to date with Opportunity information. If a new artifact is added to an Opportunity and updates any information, pass that updated information to the associated Spark.

    • The system automatically updates the Spark when the Opportunity data changes.

    • Unsubscribing from an Opportunity does not remove the Spark from the CRM.
