Overview
The Add to Spark feature allows you to create a corresponding record in an integrated CRM system, such as Salesforce or Dynamics, directly from an Opportunity. You can access the Spark through a link on the Opportunity Record. The feature also supports transferring associated documents based on configuration and updates the CRM record when the Opportunity changes.

Add an Opportunity to a Spark
Follow the procedures below to add an Opportunity to a Spark.
Log in to the GovSearchAI portal.
Go to Opportunities.
Open an Opportunity record and click View Full Details.
Click Subscribe.
The system creates a Spark when you subscribe to an Opportunity and adds a link to the corresponding CRM record.
Click the Spark link on the Opportunity record.
Review the Spark recorddetails in your CRM system.
Notes:
Ensure that Sparks stay up to date with Opportunity information. If a new artifact is added to an Opportunity and updates any information, pass that updated information to the associated Spark.
The system automatically updates the Spark when the Opportunity data changes.
Unsubscribing from an Opportunity does not remove the Spark from the CRM.
