TechnoMile Growth CRM (on Salesforce Sales Cloud) – 2026.2 Release Notes

Prev Next

This release brings Mila Insights to GovSearchAI – the Opportunity and market intelligence tool included with Growth CRM – giving BD and capture teams instant, expert-level briefs that distill key Solicitation, Contract Vehicle, and award data without manually cross-referencing SAM.gov, USAspending, and other sources. In addition, this update introduces relationship intelligence to GovSearchAI and NoticesIQ through GovSearch-powered contact enrichment and Agency organizational charts, along with a range of usability improvements across both GovSearchAI and NoticesIQ.

Feature Enhancements

  • Growth CRM: Account Intel from GovSearchAI – GovSearchAI is the opportunity and market intelligence platform that comes with your Growth CRM. On account records – both for agency customers and partners/competitors – users now see a cleaner, more modern view of key GovSearchAI intelligence, with a direct link to the account's full Profile in GovSearchAI for deeper exploration. A new "What's New" link at the top of this section also lets users quickly see the latest GovSearchAI capabilities available to them.

  • Growth CRM: Mila Accessible on Sparks and Opportunities – Users can now interact with Mila – TechnoMile's intelligent digital assistant – directly within the CRM on Spark and Opportunity records sourced from GovSearchAI or GovSearch NoticesIQ. Mila can rapidly analyze solicitation and Task Order details and documents, and generate Proposal or response artifacts, executive briefs, and more, helping your team qualify leads and move from research to pursuit without ever leaving the CRM.

  • GovSearchAI: Mila Insights – GovSearchAI now includes Mila Insights. Mila – TechnoMile’s intelligent digital assistant – generates briefs directly on Opportunity, Contract Vehicle, and Award records, giving BD and capture teams an instant, expert-level read on any record without having to manually cross-reference SAM.gov, USAspending, and other data sources, accelerating qualification and helping teams focus pursuit energy where it will actually pay off. Depending on the Record Type, this includes:

    • On Opportunities: A "What This Is" summary that cuts through ambiguous or generic solicitation language to identify the true nature of the requirement; incumbent analysis identifying the current contractor and why they hold the position; scope-of-work breakdown highlighting where the work is open to competition versus where the prime position is effectively closed; contract vehicle context including ceiling, ordering period, and set-aside status; and an incumbency risk rating with a clear strategic recommendation on how to pursue (e.g., prime displacement vs. supply-chain/subcontractor insertion).

    • On Contract Vehicles: Plain-language identification of what a vehicle actually is and who administers it, even when the official record name is misleading; scope and functional-area context tying NAICS/PSC codes to the real nature of work bought under the vehicle; and forward-looking guidance on whether the vehicle remains a live growth channel or has been superseded by a follow-on vehicle – critical for knowing where to focus positioning efforts versus where only historical/incumbent intelligence remains useful.

    • On Awards: A concise description of what was actually awarded and why it matters to the mission it supports; who won and the strength of their incumbency; contract value analysis that reads obligated-versus-ceiling value to flag phased execution or expansion headroom; timeline analysis that flags near-term recompete or extension watch items; and vehicle context connecting the award back to the broader acquisition channel it will likely stay within.

  • GovSearchAI: Note Visibility Control – Users can collaborate in GovSearchAI by capturing notes on opportunity, award, and solicitation records. With this release, users now have the ability to mark a note as "private," giving them control over which notes are visible to others across their organization.

  • GovSearchAI: Opportunity Contacts – In addition to highlighting any contacts provided by the government for an opportunity, GovSearchAI now also surfaces relevant contacts from TechnoMile's proprietary GovSearch database – the authoritative source for senior government decision-maker and policy-maker contact information, curated by TechnoMile's team of analysts. This helps clients identify the right relationships to build and develop stronger, more strategic call plans.

  • GovSearchAI: Access to Agency Contact Charts – From an agency or office's overview page, users can now select "View Chart" to access the latest organizational chart maintained by TechnoMile's team of analysts. This visual tool makes it easy to understand reporting relationships and quickly identify key decision-makers and influencers within an agency, giving BD professionals a clearer picture of how each organization is structured as they build a pursuit or account strategy.

  • GovSearchAI: Usability Improvements – This release includes several updates that streamline and enhance the user experience, including:

    • Users can now perform keyword searches that include multiple keywords as an “or” condition.

    • Opportunity lists can now be sorted by Modified Date and filtered using a new Has Documents advanced filter.

    • Contract vehicles and vendors can now be favorited directly from the side panel.

    • Users can now right-click any link within GovSearchAI to open it in a new browser tab.

    • Daily saved-search email alerts now surface only new records that match the user's search criteria, rather than the full result set each time.

  • GovSearchAI: Generate Compliance Matrix & Annotated Outline – On opportunities that include documents, users now have the ability to generate a downloadable compliance matrix and annotated outline for the opportunity, powered by pWin.ai, TechnoMile’s AI proposal generation Partner – giving proposal teams a fast, accurate starting point for compliance and structure, and reducing the manual effort of building these artifacts from scratch.

  • NoticesIQ: Mila on Task Orders – Mila, TechnoMile's intelligent digital assistant, is now available on task order records in NoticesIQ, giving users instant, conversational access to task order opportunity insights. Trained to interact with users like a seasoned BD or Capture Manager, Mila simplifies document analysis and creation of proposal artifacts, executive briefs, and more when assessing or qualifying an opportunity – accelerating decision-making and boosting productivity.

  • NoticesIQ: Task Order Contacts – The same GovSearch-powered contact enrichment now available on Opportunities also extends to task order records in NoticesIQ, surfacing relevant decision-maker and policy-maker contacts alongside any contacts provided by the government. This gives BD teams the relationship intelligence needed to move quickly on time-sensitive task order pursuits.

  • NoticesIQ: Usability Improvements – This release includes several updates that simplify and enhance the user experience, including:

    • The Task Orders page now mirrors the familiar navigation used elsewhere in GovSearchAI, giving users quick access to the most common searches across task order opportunities, including All Task Orders, New Task Orders, Task Orders This Month, Task Orders Due Soon, MAS Task Orders, Subscribed, and My Company Subscribed.

    • Task order list views now share the same clean layout used in the Opportunities section, with new keyword search and advanced filter capabilities – including a new Has Documents filter – making it easier to zero in on relevant task orders and see key details at a glance.

    • Users can now set default notification preferences for task orders directly from the Alerts/Notifications section of their profile, including alerts for amendment releases, key date updates (e.g., response due date, questions due date), and upcoming key dates within one week. Preferences can also be customized at the individual task order level.

  • NoticesIQ: Email Ingestion Log – System admins can now view an email ingestion log within GovSearchAI Settings & Profiles, giving full visibility into the status of all task order notices received via email for their organization and making it fast and easy to troubleshoot when an email fails to ingest due to missing required fields. This includes:

    • A 7-day activity dashboard showing the number of emails received, how many successfully converted to an RFX record in NoticesIQ, how many failed to convert, and how many were manually converted by populating missing fields.

    • A searchable, filterable log of incoming emails below the dashboard, letting admins drill into individual records and manually add missing details where needed.

    • An optional daily digest email that delivers the 7-day dashboard stats directly to admins' inboxes, so they can stay on top of ingestion health without logging into NoticesIQ.
